He was a football player at UW at the time and he came to watch the finals. Ben was a Freshman finalist that year, if I remember correctly. A major D1 wrestling program requires a guy who can not only coach and attract talent, but also knows how to win the favor of the alumni and get donations. Sad, but true. I laughed at that thought, However seeing the talent coming out of Wisconsin and Illinois he is 100% accurate McIntosh would be an idiot not to figure this out.
