Will  have the smoke rolling for the Shrimp a la Rasta about noon. No neighbors, unfortunately in a situation where we can’t really have ‘outsiders’.

I hadn’t had skirt by itself until recently, always as/in some kind of dish. Lovin it just sliced up. It’s like if ribeye and brisket had a baby.

brisket+ribeye = great observation.

i get prime outside skirt steak on wildfork and it's just...killer.
