Wright was a split second away in OT from being a 3x champ like Bo.  Still, 4x AA, 3x finalist, 2x champ is pretty amazing for someone who wasn't really heralded as a top recruit out of high school.

He was very unheralded. Not even blue chip. Just #12 overall in his entire class. The fact he started a single varsity match made Quentin Wright a bonafide cinderalla story.

#12 overall recruit according to Intermat, I suppose (articles this old are hard to find, so you may have better sources than me).  Shocking that the troll be trollin'.

… you’re HIGHLY regarded if you’re the #12 recruit in an entire class. I did the rankings in that era for InterMat so I know JC is just coming up with typical JC weirdness.

I think what @Jimmy Cinnabon is getting at is that in HS,year 2008, Quentin only took bronze for team USA at Junior Worlds Freestyle.  Obviously an embarrassment to our country at that moment and definitely deserved the unheralded moniker
