CHROMEBIRD Posted March 29, 2023 Author Posted March 29, 2023 For 133 Ness vs. Dennis in the 2010 NCAA finals was up there but Ironside and Kolat was overall a better match imo. Ramos vs. Lee this year was a thriller for sure but is still too raw for me to put on my list right now. 2

I say slot Schultz and Banach at 174 (that’s closer to the actual weight of 177 anyway) and keep Rohn in at 184.

The 2018 match was at 184 though and not as good as Rohn-Lambrecht or Schultz-Banach. 2016 Martin-Nickal was at 174 and MyMar crashed the bracket as an 11th seeded true freshman and beat #1 Nickal to win the title in a thrilling high scoring match. That was pretty exciting. 1

Expand I guess I'm a fan of the "never stop fighting no matter what" mantra as you might notice from some of my other picks. It was 14-3 going into the last minute of the 3rd period before the tides completely turned.
