Dark horse is Knox.

Knox sniffed the closest he will ever be to a world team. Lilledahl is world medal caliber, Knox is not and at 57 you have it out the gate or you don't at the world level.

On what planet is a guy who made a world team out of high school a dark horse?

Will Brooks be cleared by OTT?

Yes, Brooks is scheduled to be allowed to return to competition June 12, 2027. Because breaking very clear rules twice is totally fine nowadays.

With the suspected change in Oly Trials in the calendar year and change in qualifying for Oly Trials does Brooks have a path with his reinstatement date?

Yes, he is allowed to resume breaking more rules in June and trials are likely in December.

Is just being a prior Olympian enough to make him qualified for Trials or does he still have to qualify though? Cause if it's the latter than I dunno his options in those 6 months other than I'm assuming a Last Chance the week or so prior

So does anyone know what Aaron Brooks has been up to? I think if he’s been training could he be a factor at 86, or 97.
As for 97, Hidlay Boyle, Buchanan and Rademacher might all be challenging Snyderman.
I am not sure who will make the team, 2028 is still a long ways off. I do think that there will probably be a bunch of new faces on the team.

Brooks looks to be up to about 235lbs of pure muscle...

Wow, I wonder what his plans are, does he take a run at Snyder?

57 - Davino

65 - Forrest

74 - Duke

86 - Sinclair

97 - Brooks

125 - Ross

This is the one that would make me the happiest. As long as Davino doesn’t get on via Spender injury or immense fall off

I think Ben would present a the biggest defensive challenge for Spencer its extremely hard to get to his legs unless you are long like Jax or Haryutunyan, I do not think ono touched his legs.

Absolutely.

The rumblings are that 86 KG was getting the better of 97 KG Snyder.

it will not matter if anyone can touch Davino's legs if he just backs OOBs and can do nothing else...

Yeah maybe, but they were saying that same thing about J’den and that never panned out

Maybe, but we are talking about an older Kyle Snyder. So it’s anybody’s guess.
I’m not sure who will be on our team in 2028, but I am pretty sure that we will have some new faces.
