  2. Bob, let it be known again that I am in full support of your Monarchy and in no way support or share the views of the usurper Ionel
  3. I kinda doubt we ever see a close to "100% Vito" again. The finger injuries have not been great, but may eventually get better. His neck is always going to be an issue, unfortunately. This stuff is going to affect his training, which will affect his gas tank. To make matters worse, I have heard that Vito has long been a weight cutting machine. When you reduce his training time/intensity, making weight is going to be that much tougher and will take its toll even more than it has in the past. That being said, he is still a tough out and Jax is to be commended.
  4. Methinks this thread has lost its way. mspart
  5. He was stopped for out-of-state tags that were expired. I was once stopped for expired tags but this was in-state in Virginia. My car wasn't searched. Maybe PA is tougher on this, or maybe it was the OOS thing that did it. The best non-paywalled article I've found is here: https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/mma_ufc/nazareth-wrestling-legend-who-survived-shooting-now-faces-gun-thc-vape-charges/ar-AA1INzHj Lehigh announced his hiring on June 30th and his name still appears on the list of coaches, but no photo yet. A lot happened there in a short period of time and we're going to have to wait to see how it plays out. Gun laws vary all over the country -- I heard a while ago that the only document you need to carry in Missouri is a driver's license -- but the loaded gun within reach of the driver sounds really bad to me. That's how police are killed during routine traffic stops.
  6. He summer vacations in Hades...
  7. He won it. That is the key. Big win for him which is great. Just a personal Al wish the earlier matches weren’t so close / tough. Separation will lead to more confidence for me.
  8. Did "Boring", the poster formerly known as "666" get canned?
  9. https://www.bylightspeed.com/our-process An interesting concept. mspart
  10. I thought I read that his fiance (?now wife?) is an attorney. If true, that makes this whole situation hilarious, in a sad way
  11. I heard a quote that describes perfectly, "you can't lead a cavalry charge if you think you look funny on a horse."
  12. So this package excises funding for PBS and NPR, USAID and other stuff to the tune of $9+ billion. Reportedly this is the first time in many many years that a recissions package has passed Congress. I realize this is not much money, but what does everyone think. Rs voted to remove the funding, Ds voted against it, both houses of Congress. mspart
  13. I guess. Ha
  14. Carr secures Bronze, and revenge over Salkazanov. Match wasn't as close as the 4-4 score. Carr wrestled well all tournament with the exception of 3 minute first period against Takahashi. He's a threat on his feet. Good warmup for worlds! *Also, Khaniev looks either homeless or hipster- maybe both.
  15. On Wednesday evening, we saw a whole new crop of competitors who etched their names into high school wrestling history by winning stop sign, signifying a Junior National freestyle championship. A Junior freestyle title is one of the most coveted championships in high school wrestling and it generally precludes success at the collegiate and international levels. We’ve gone through the last 10 tournaments (there was no tournament in 2020) to see which states have produced the most Junior freestyle championships. If you follow the action in Fargo, the results aren’t too surprising. 16. Kind of like efficiency ex-spurts. They have to find something to justify their pay.
  17. Didn't see that coming at all; coulda given me a hundred guesses and I wouldn't have gotten it
  18. It sounds like the real lesson here, aside from not driving with expired tags whilst you have a combo of drugs/guns in your car, is that talking to the police without your attorney present is almost always a bad idea.
  19. Can "climate scientists" earn a decent living if they don't say that we are going to irreversibly damage the earth in less than five years?
  20. And this response has at least two examples of 2nd grade name calling!
  21. The car registration stuff is really just a way for cities/counties to make money off people's administrative slip-ups and shouldn't be criminal. Gun laws are in place for public safety. I have no problem with strict enforcement.
  22. I think they resigned, but weren't they all assistants? Storniolo is still there. Storniolo's predecessor Drew Pariano was fired in 2015.
  23. Today
  24. Wow, you mean to tell me that the PSU fan who likely hasn't been inside a school for decades didn't know there have been bullying laws on the books in PA for over 15 years? Allegedly: Repeated sexual assaults. Retaliatory theft. Taking and posting nudes in the locker room. Lots of harassment, intimidation. and fear of bodily injury there. In my jurisdiction, LE looks at a pattern (generally three offenses) and calls it bullying. I hope this gets their due diligence.
  25. Thats my first job cutting lawns instead of the paper route
  26. What was it ?
