It's such a subjective art form. In general I disagree because he tends to do his absolute best stuff as a supporting role, not as a lead, but obviously to each their own. I love him in True Romance and the Fifth Element in particular. I find DDL to a bit pretentious in his performance, but obviously he's highly respected. To me, I think DeNiro has the highest highs as a performer and leading man, and can do support roles, also; however, he has consistency issues. That period from the late 80s thru the late 90s had some huge, huge highs, though. I enjoy Hanks, but most of his best roles are all riffs on the same general persona. I'm a big Nicholson fan, so his name deserves a (second) mention. I think Matt Damon is incredibly underrated and is extremely versatile

Could be wrong but I believe the only one I saw that used the r word publicly (or said they were drugged) was the hockey player, and he said that occurred off campus. Guessing there might have been other accusations of that among the plaintiffs that were not public. -

For their own protection masks are fine. Especially when dealing with professional anarchists. -

I recommend everyone watch this. Super messed up. It starts off as a kind of joke of hey this weird old guy fondles our balls too much when checking us out, well that was weird and creepy, and progresses in to literal drugging and rapes. Thousands of victims. I hate to say it, but I can easily see how this went down considering the time period. Coaches tell the athletes to suck it up, focus on wrestling, not worth getting the Ohio State brass involved. Instead Hellickson told the doc to knock it off and that's it. Coaches didn't realize the trauma it inflicted on some of these guys, and instead of admitting they knew it was happening, they said they were clueless and dug a hole they can't get out of. For Jordan to tell the truth now would be an admittance of being a liar and admitting they didn't give a *I poop my pants, don't laugh at me* back in the day. Not to mention that Strauss was the roid doctor for the University, punishing him meant risk of exposing the PED use. So messed up. - Today

Penn State, Ohio State - sex abuse problems

Don’t forget the Mich. St. gymnastics doctor who will never get out of prison. Bottom line is there are bad people everywhere so people must always be aware and observant. Teach your children and loved ones the same. If you or someone you know feels uncomfortable with something report it to the appropriate authorities. If no satisfactory action is taken accordingly, then go to the law authorities, newspapers, media, whoever it takes to seek justice. -

The OP asked how certain individuals could witness abuse yet not stop it directly. The answer is the same for the thousands (possibly tens of thousands) of people in the Catholic church who either witnessed or had knowledge of such abuse yet did very little about it. -
Good guess. Hard to put the body through an organ transplant while infected w staph.
