With what they Pay Tom and Terry they could hire ANYONE. "Tom Brands, head wrestling coach at the University of Iowa, signed a 7-year contract (2022–2029) with an annual salary starting at $550,000 and rising to $800,000 by the 2028-29 season. Terry Brands, associate head coach for the Iowa Hawkeyes wrestling team, has an annual base salary set to increase to $400,000 for the 2024-25 and 2025-26 seasons "

They just came out with second edition cards, if they lean into this it could be a viable revenue stream for the league and Jersey cards would certainly come as well! I cannot find numbers, go figure, but in 1991 football, baseball, and hockey cards generated $90 million in licensing fees for their pro leagues, at that time. Exact, modern, exclusive annual figures are closely guarded, but people make BANK on cards. 2000 packs in Edition 1 @ $30 a piece is $60,000 -- which isnt huge but its not insignificant either.

I whole heartedly agree that RAF matches should be uploaded to YouTube after the event. I uploaded a couple of the old ones a got 100’s of thousands of views ; since then I got a strike and had to stop uploading them. RAF should have a YouTube they upload the marque matches on, they can make money and grow interest. It’s honestly great publicity to go viral on YT with matches.

My thought for all these super recruits is that getting to their college of choice ASAP is better for them and their teams regardless of how they use their eligibility, redshirt/Greyshirt/ immediate start. Bo and Melvin would benefit so much being there training with Caleb. Henson would be better for it as well of course. If they can get those three in the lineup for a year they have to give it a try, right? Certainly people must be working for that to happen.
