  1. That is a rough looking 62.
  2. The same applies to you, I believe.
  3. Ok, but PSU have had their fair share as well. Most have had great success (not all) but a lot have performed worse in their later years. I think people forget how many transfers PSU has had.
  4. Other than probably Mesenbrink, which current PSU transfers have a chance at performing better in their final year? Is it an Iowa thing, or a 5th/6th/7th year thing? Any chance of you answering the question? OK, looks like you sort of did as I was posting. I think a big problem is that the older guys get beat up.
  5. Now do the regressions of Truax, Dean, and Nagao. Add Kerk while you're at it.
  6. An interesting thing about that person's account is the condemnation of Ryan and tOSU in this situation, but trashing the ref regarding two slam calls in PA states the same weekend. I guess it matters who gets slammed?
  7. Yes, I've heard that girls who wrestled only folk in high school get spiked on their head constantly when they first start to wrestle college freestyle. You get better at defending it when you know it is coming.
  8. Now do Truax, Dean, and Nagao. While your at it, maybe Kerk as well.
  9. How"blown out" was Carter's knee actually? Obviously hurt, no question about it. No surgery ? We have never heard anything. Still quite an accomplishment, but I am certainly curious as to the extent of the injury.
  10. Yes! I had a bad lunch break yesterday! Lots of fake news !
  11. I was told Otoguru doesn't count
  12. Ha! (good math joke) Zain was supposed to retire, but I think that is now "taking a year off." I was ready to see Nick lee retire, and wouldn't be surprised if he does, but have not seen anything other than him saying he was still going to compete after being hired to coach. I would almost say that him wrestling more as a coach than as a competitor is a bad sign for him to return to competition. Now his wrestling is focused on helping others, instead of himself.
  13. I do have some strong dislike. But it is for the overzealous, hypocritical fans. Cael is the best coach in the USA. I don't think he is a bad person. The more Olympic gold medalists he coaches, the better.
  14. I admitted to getting a lot of this wrong, but you also can't count the guys who are no longer active or who are guests.
  15. Not hate lol. But you are right, I was spitting some alternative facts here! Mea culpa! Terrible post by me. And unlike some, I will not be deleting.
  16. Not sure about "infinite" but yes, better for sure. Just was a major disappointment in the Pan Am qualifier. Will he be taking a year off this year?
  17. I'm taking a year off, too. For about 23 years now.
  18. Well, no... I was arguing about active talent. Not guys who retired, moved to Oklahoma or Texas, or "Taking a year off."
  19. WKN, I was responding to an "other than" argument. I have actually responded to two arguments in two days that started "Other than Spencer Lee..."
  20. Nick Lee does not have better international results than Eierman. See my previous post about continentals, although I was wrong about Lee never having Pan Am success. He just couldn't get it done when it actually mattered. And Eierman was only a bronze! Dake and Snyder, obviously.
  21. Snyder yes. Zain: not currently competing. Nick Lee- no. (Eierman has won a senior Pan Am; Nick Lee not so much...)
  22. Other than Brooks, who is at NLWC with senior level results better than DeSanto, Eierman, and Otoguru?
