  1. Maroulis down 2-2 to the Azera 60 seconds in.
  2. Marouilis on Mat B next.
  3. Hildebrandt up with the 14-3 victory with 24S remaining. Ballsy win.
  4. 10-3 Hildebrandt with 55S to go.
  5. This Azera is legit, btw guys. She's like a 10 time Worlds/Olympic medalist. Six worlds and four Olympics. - 2 Gold - 5 Silver - 3 Bronze https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mariya_Stadnik
  6. Hildebrandt up 8-3 with 1M0S (60S) remaining. Some sort of caution called - didn't see it. Azera coaches challenging and refs calling for the Azera to be put down in parterre.
  7. Hildebrandt with another hard-fought takedown. Hildebrandt up 6-3 with 1M28S (88S) to go.
  8. These ladies make RBY look slow. Hildebrandt with a Takedown - no turn. 4-3 Hildebrandt with 2M5S (125S) remaining.
  9. Azera with a takedown out the gate in Period 2. Hildebrandt down 3-2 with 2M35S remaining.
  10. Very similarly built... I guess they have to be at 50 KG... The Azera appears to be physically stronger, but Hildebrandt just a little more hard-nosed.
  11. Hildebrandt in a dogfight with the Azera. Up 2-1 after the first. Has had to fight for every millimeter.
  12. Like I said... she just looks thinner than she did. Less muscular. And Japan was jacked.
  13. I hope Blades gets her at U23s.
  14. Gray loses 4-1. Very poor match strategy the last minute. Not sure wtf was going on there. My guess is Japan was just physically too strong for her to get anything going and she lacked that extra kick to give it a go at the end.
  15. Trying to push her out down 3 with 5 seconds to go?
  16. 20 seconds. Shot from about eight feet away - blocked.
  17. Gray needs to go here and she just isn't.
  18. 45 seconds to go, a lot of intertwining fingers.
  19. Kagami shot, covers the hips, up 4-1 - 60 seconds to go.
  20. Nvm I had that backwards. It is 2-1 not 3-0. The clock was Japan.
  21. Oh, the other way. Gray is on the clock. Shot by Japan. Gray defends well. Looking to turn, but Japan spreads the legs too far for her to (odd splits?). Shot clock expires and Japan is up 3-0 with 1M50S remaining in the match.
  22. I would expect Japan to go on the clock shortly.
  23. Japan won Bronze last year, so she is no slouch and she is only 22 now.
  24. End of the first. 2-0 Japan. Gray not really challenging at this point and Japan content with that.
  25. Japan lost a contact. Putting it back in. I like her nail-job.
