  1. Moore sticks Latona!!
  2. I can not believe that Nickerson keeps him on the roster. It is a disgrace.
  3. It is very fair to question the sincerity of the apology because of who it is coming from. That being said, it was a genuine apology from the standpoint of the content. The apology expresses regret and disappointment in his actions and behavior (not others feelings toward the behavior). Whether it is sincere is a whole other can of worms. I have my doubts...
  4. I agree that he should apologize to Glazier, the ref, the coaches, etc.. That being said, do those apologies need to be public for us to see? He could have already made these apologies (I doubt he has). If I was a member of the team, him apologizing to everyone behind closed doors, with nothing to gain in the eyes of public perception, would go further than some public twitter/instagram apology.
  5. I think his ceiling is 3rd. I don’t see him beating KOT or Carr and he clearly has had issues beating Amine but he could surely end up 3rd with the right draw.
  6. I don’t recall Spencer throwing a punch, flipping off his opponent or doing the splits and double bird to the crowd..
  7. This is a nothing burger. AJ went full villain mode. This is a push. Not a big deal.
  8. I watched the dual against tOSU and it looked like there were 30 people there
  9. Couple that with the fact that Crookham looks BIG at 133 and I think it’s a good hypothesis.
  10. I’ll try to give this a shot while being concise. God is holy, sinless and righteous. His demands for mankind to enter into heaven is for them to be holy, sinless and righteous. Because of the fall of man, sin entered the world. Man is unable to live to the standard that God requires. God gave the law (10 commandments) and had man attempt to follow the law from Exodus til Romans. The result? No one could follow the law and obtain righteousness on their own. The law was given as an act of God’s grace so that sinners could see that they were sinners. From the law is the knowledge of sin. Christ’s sacrificial death on the cross is a payment for the sin debt of mankind. By believing in Christ’s finished work on the cross, each individual is made the righteousness of Christ. His righteousness is put on the believer. A person has to accept the free gift of salvation and does so by simply believing. As Paul puts it to the Philippian jailor in Acts 16 - Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved.
  11. I am not sure how you got that out of the verse I shared. God did forgive all sins on the cross. He reconciled himself to mankind through the blood of Jesus Christ. However, reconciliation is a two party process and man must reconcile himself to God. This is done through believing that Jesus died for our sins on the cross, was buried and rose again for our justification. ”And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; to wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God. For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.“ ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭5‬:‭18‬-‭21‬ ‭KJV‬‬
  12. 1 Corinthians 6:20 - For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
  13. Haha maybe if you are a Calvinist
  14. When a person uses their platform that they have been given to honor and glorify God it is not because they think that God picks them to beat another wrestler in a wrestling match. What happens when two believers wrestle each other? Who does God pick? But rather everything a regenerated believer does, should be done to bring honor and glory to God.
  15. Merry Christmas y’all. Have a blessed time with family and friends.
  16. How did it go
  17. Swenson showed well at Super 32. What’s the story with Quinn Morgan? I am not familiar with him.
  18. That’s a great question and one that I have pondered a lot as well. Honestly, I have been a little disappointed with the recruiting the last two years. The HS wrestling in SD has been down quite a bit compared to years past which has not helped. The new facilities are up and running now so that should help. SDSU has done a great job developing lower or unranked guys into AA level wrestlers so I am hoping that trend continues. Berge’s freestyle success suggests that he could evolve into a threat. I have not seen any freshman or backups on the team that would suggest future AA.
  19. Clay Carlson isn’t on a medical redshirt. He will be back soon.
  20. I think quality of wins would still matter 100%, you would just have to count the losses where a team decided to sit their starter into the equation.
  21. Team success at a weight class for seeding purposes is a brilliant idea. A+
  22. Sprately is a tough wrestler but his best career wins are Tanner Jordan and Braxton Brown. He does not have a resume that suggests that he can push for a title right now.
  23. From the top list I would be very surprised to see a few of those guys actually put together a full tournament run and win a title. A few that should be moved to the "guys that can beat anyone" list in my opinion would be: Brett Ungar, Jack Maida, Brandon Kaylor, Cooper Flynn and possibly even Jore Volk and Caleb Smith.
  24. He will be a full sized heavyweight with insane strength.
  25. Pretty much the same.. except now it hurts if I look the wrong way too fast
