Agreed. He had no written contracts and was given a $1 MILLION signing bonus when he signed with the Gators and now he is complaining.

I have to see Carroll compete at 197 before I call him an AA lock although I think he has tremendous upside at that weight and it would not surprise me a bit to see him as a high AA.

Who do you think goes 141 for Iowa then? Maybe Miguel Estrada cuts down as a true freshman?

I think Iowa ends up shaking out 125- Ayala 133- Schriever / Peterson 141- Block 149- Parco 157- Caliendo / PK 165- PK / Caliendo 174-Gabe Arnold 184- Brands 197- Glazier HWT- Kueter Solid team with a chance for quite a few AA’s. Will be in the mix for a trophy.

Brock Lesnar never won a title in HS. Believe the highest he placed was 3rd in SD.

Hopefully they can change their ways and adapt. I am not especially optimistic that will happen though. It would be great to see 3-5 programs really competing for the top spot in college wrestling.
