The logic is so simple you can't understand it. If attacked, you defend yourself heartily. Anything less invites more attacks and perhaps loss of the war. Arabs attack Israel, Arabs will die. I agree with the grounding rule. You step out, 1 point whether on the ground or not. If you are on the ground and the other spins around to get a takedown, he gets the takedown. Being on the ground is not an offensive move. mspart
