  1. I think WA starts counting that night. All mail in vote. So it takes awhile but don't anyone get their boxers in a bunch, WA is solidly D for national politics. We have some initiatives here that may swing the governors race to R for the first time in 40-50 years. We've had Governor Doofus (Inslee) for 4 terms and now Doofus Jr (Bob Ferguson) want his chance and he is worse than his daddy. That debate happens tonight and I want to see the R wipe the mat with this guy. mspart
  2. What a mess! And the news is saying this is the first and possibly only debate between the two. Trump has said he will debate here 3 times. What is she so scared of? mspart
  3. A year ago, he wouldn't have been caught in WA. No police pursuit. Thankfully, the legislature was forced to rescind that policy. mspart
  4. But do you truest him to do what he says he will do over flip floppin' Kamala? That is the question. By extrapolation, I would say you trust Kamala will propose to do the right thing almost always and then follow-up by actually doing the right thing. But how do you know what "her" right thing is? She has caved on all of her policies to look much more moderate than she really is. Will she govern that way or will she revert to the leftist that she really is? Again, that is the question. mspart
  5. I think Tyreek felt he was too important to be treated such. I would say driving 100mph is reason to pull someone over. Refusal to comply with police orders is a reason to pull someone out of the car. Was it a black man driving 100mph or was it just an individual driving 100mph. Apparently the windows were so tinted Tyreek couldn't be seen so how did the minority racial cop know the driver was a minority racial person? Seems like Tyreek was out of line here. mspart
  6. Hey Admin - Dead Bob and Willie, thank you, the forum has calmed down quite a bit. It resopnds faster now. Something happened between yesterday and today and I thank you for it. mspart
  7. Doubtful. Will she be asked anything of substance? Will she answer with anything of substance? Trump just has to be quiet while she rambles and everyone will see she is a train wreck worse than Biden. Unfortunately, we have no good choices in this thing. Of the two, I'd rather see Trump win both the debate and election. But I think it will be close in both. mspart
  8. Ah, the thick plottens!! mspart
  9. Yeah pretty close for the former mayor! mspart
  10. I notice N Korea is not on the list. mspart
  11. Oh no, do we have to suffer through another Taylor/Chiefs season? Please no!! mspart
  12. RL, Here are 3 of the 34 counts against Trump . THE GRAND JURY OF THE COUNTY OF NEW YORK, by this indictment, accuses the defendant of the crime of FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE, in violation of Penal Law §175.10, committed as follows: The defendant, in the County of New York and elsewhere, on or about February 14, 2017, with intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission thereof, made and caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise, to wit, an invoice from Michael Cohen dated February 14, 2017, marked as a record of the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, and kept and maintained by the Trump Organization. SECOND COUNT: AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this indictment, further accuses the defendant of the crime of FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE, in violation of Penal Law §175.10, committed as follows: The defendant, in the County of New York and elsewhere, on or about February 14, 2017, with intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission thereof, made and caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise, to wit, an entry in the Detail General Ledger for the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, bearing voucher number 842457, and kept and maintained by the Trump Organization. THIRD COUNT: AND THE GRAND JURY AFORESAID, by this indictment, further accuses the defendant of the crime of FALSIFYING BUSINESS RECORDS IN THE FIRST DEGREE, in violation of Penal Law §175.10, committed as follows: The defendant, in the County of New York and elsewhere, on or about February 14, 2017, with intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission thereof, made and caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise, to wit, an entry in the Detail General Ledger for the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, bearing voucher number 842460, and kept and maintained by the Trump Organization. The other 31 counts read similarly. In order to secure a felony conviction, Trump had to falsify records AND something else. Based on these indictment counts, what did Trump do to make these felony items? Please be specific. If you don't want to do that, please be specific on what the jury found to make these felony items. I submit to you that the indictment does not specificly allege any action that Trump took to make these felonies. When does that ever happen? Amendment 6 of the Constitution states: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense. With those indictments, can you honestly say Trump was informed of the nature and cause of the accusation? Of course you will say so, but if you are being honest, you cannot say that. What specifically does the indictment say he did? It doesn't. And that is the fact. mspart
  13. The conservatives did name it what it was but media and Ds weren't having it. It was obvious from the beginning. But the Ds had the votes and it passed with Kamala's tie breaking vote in the Senate and here we are still with higher inflation then they inherited and higher prices as a result that won't come down unless we have a recession. Thanks Kamala. Thanks Biden. mspart
  14. Some people want to pretend that others are who they say they are and not who they really are. It is all about what you want to believe. Some people will fall for anything. Trans woman is not equal to a woman. It is a man dressing as a woman and pretending to be one. Period. A Trans man is not a man. It is a woman dressing as a man and pretending to be one. Period. mspart
  15. Anyone who thinks he will let Hunter rot in jail has too much unusable goo in their head. He has broken straightforward promises throughout his presidency, this will go the same way. mspart
  16. Oh if only the good people of America could wake up from their daze and see things as they really are and not as they wish them to be. These guys would be gone in a minute. I want to see the hands of those that want what Schumer is peddling. https://thehill.com/hilltv/what-americas-thinking/399016-poll-americans-overwhelmingly-reject-giving-voting-rights-to/ Poll: Americans overwhelmingly reject voting rights for undocumented immigrants San Francisco’s Department of Elections last week made the move to start allowing non-U.S. citizens to vote in the city’s school board elections, sparking a national debate. The idea is unlikely to be copied in many localities, at least if the latest American Barometer poll is any indication. {mosads}According to the survey, which is a joint project of Hill.TV and the HarrisX polling company, 71 percent of respondents opposed San Francisco’s decision, while only 29 percent said they supported the move. Ninety-one percent of Republicans polled said they opposed giving the right to vote to noncitizens, as did 54 percent of Democrats. 54% of Ds don't even want them voting! That is a huge issue for Schumer or it should be. The American people are not behind this at all. mspart
  17. Kamala or Trump? We know Trump. We know Kamala. Trump pretty much put in place things he said he would do. Kamala has changed her position on crucial policy points all in an effort to get elected. Her values haven't changed, but her policies have. Yeah right. If elected, her new policy positions will disintegrate into the ether and she will tax tips, she will work to ban fracking somehow, etc etc. This is why Trump told PA voters that they must vote for him, even if they don't like him. He is a known quantity and you can trust that what he says he will do. The question for each voter really is: Who do you trust to do what they say they will do, Kamala or Trump? mspart
  18. Well, this makes me feel a whole lot better about Kamala than I did before. She was Biden's right hand woman in governing the country, but now, she just has no time to articulate what went wrong and why she is trying to fix the things that are now broken. Yes I feel so much better. mspart
  19. DOJ is as dirty as there is in government right now. mspart
  20. What? This is preposterous. The loony left has gone overboard on looniness. I disadvantaged how many kids by reading the Harry Potter books to mine? Stoopid. mspart
  21. So the biz records by themselves were not felonies. But joined together with other bad guy things, they can become felonies. So RL, what exactly were the other allegations of what Trump did? Be specific now. mspart
  22. I would venture to say there are many that believe that just being a man is toxic. I agree with you, not every man is toxic just like not every woman is toxic. Just most women are. mspart
