Hardy (2 losses to each of Mendez + Vega) Mendez will beat Hardy again in Big Tens and Vega will beat Echemendia again at Big 12s. So that would be my view with an expectation that the top three remain undefeated

Hardy Vega beat Echemendia with 3 seconds left and Echemendia almost had him a couple times that match…there’s a chance he wins that rematch but if not I expect a very close loss again. I think that keeps him above Stanich…quality of matches/“good losses”

I agree I think a 1 or 2 lose Cornella/ Composto will get seeded ahead of a 5 loss Hardy. mendez Vega Stanich Cornella/Composto Ech Hardy and if Ech wins Big 12s it’s probably Mendez Stanich Ech Vega cornella /composto Hardy

He'd have to get a takedown to win either way. So, why risk rolling around with a really squirrelly dude and giving up backs or riding time? Plus, it's way easier for Vega to stall on top. Nah…I’ve been watching Ech since he was at Ohio State and I don’t see that happening. This is a takedown match either way. Hardy has been weird and inconsistent this year…I base nothing off Hardy right now. Lol

Stanich for not wrestling a full schedule and really wrestling nobody all year in the top 4 could really benefit. And if Ech beats Vega at big 12's he could be the two with Ech the 3. With the Ivys leaving, he might pick up less matches than in the past in the EIWAs. I don't know if EIWAs will seed everyone or random draw after the 8 seeds. Either way he'll get at least 3 there. Last year at EIWAs, all 10 #1 seeds received a first round bye. I am going to assume that was not a coincidence. Which means if you win the tournament you'll have 3 matches. So he essentially has 7 matches left on the schedule.

Mendez would major Vega…those shots Ech couldn’t close on Mende will. His finishes are so much stronger and technical than most.
