You seem a little sensitive.  Only a moron wouldn’t know how to fight the denial.  Just most don’t have the money or, more sadly, the time.

Really? You'd know how to go about getting a 3rd party arbiter and the medical experts necessary? Because in this case MOST people would need the Hopsital to help facilitate that or a lawyer, but sure, only a moron wouldn't know how to deal with the health insurance company denying without knowing why.

But fine. Any moron would know.

Then WTF is your point with this stupid slack jawed "err....they deny legitimate claims all the time," after that's been...abundantly clear and mentioned several times in this thread?

I'm not sensitive, I'm tired of stupid posts. Go fight the power Luigi, I don't care. I'm asking why in THIS case they'd deny it as you can call them a lot of things, they're not stupid and they KNOW there is going to be massive backlash if they deny a lung transplant to an Olympian for an illigitimate reason.

It also seems to be upsetting everyone BUT Amy and the actual people involved, so maybe in your infinite wisdom on the insurance process you could explain why they denied and how exactly that worked?

Hoping Ben and Amy get this all straightened out.   If people are really this invested, they should give to the go fund me account for him.

Ya, you’re definitely sensitive.  It’s called a lawyer, dumbass.  Wow, I came up with a way to make sure an insurance company has to pay a legal claim and I dont have near the intelligence level of someone that has worked for said insurance companies.  Thank goodness the justice system takes cases from us low IQ people.  Hopefully it’s not to difficult for everyone to figure out if they have been wronged to take the party that wronged you to court.  That is a brain buster.  I already explained why they denied the claim.  Insurance companies have done it literally hundreds of thousands of times.

Yes... you're absolutely right. When you'rve got little time and you're wating for a transplant, you want to litigate the issue with a lawyer... you moron.

What you'd actually do is demand an expidited external review...which the Hospital Social Worker could do as they're also invested in this and a LAWYER would be the last case and would still cost normal people a lot of money.

I'm not sure what you're arguing other than just to be a clown.

You came in with the 'err...I don't know what world you live in where they don't deny claims,' right after I said they denied claims and everything after is just you needlessly babbling about nothing.

Now...this is about a legend of the sport fighting for his life, so... it's stupid to have engaged you this far, but stop. Go to Non-Wrestling topics to complain about insurance companies.

I was not, nor am I arguing.  I simply stated that in my experience and observations insurance companies will do everything in their power to not pay for claims.  And you got all excited about that for some reason.  Hope you don’t lose any sleep over it because I won’t.
