Does El Salvador have any of their own evidence of this, or are they just going off the same singular police report filed by a dirty cop that “we” are?

Do they have to publicize it to us?    I mean I know for a fact the El Salvador president and his esteemed cabinet read this forum.

I mean help me understand his asylum request.   The one he was “going” to file after getting arrested.  Why would he fear for his life.  If he was Johnny on the spot clean kid why would the gangs want to bother to have anything to do with him.  It’s plausible he was ms13 prior to coming here and that’s why they don’t want to release him.

The danger from street gangs is very low in El Salvador nowadays.   Something about a new President and prison.

Thats not the issue that is being argued.  It's that Trump's DOJ circumvented the law and deported him.  Keeping track of this conversation I guess myself, @Wrestleknownothing, @VakAttack, and @Le duke are the real Republicans in this conversation because of our shared conservative view that  rules should be followed

I don’t feel like you answered the question.  If he was going to be murdered.  Why not file on the very first day you could?   I mean I’ve never been close to getting murdered….. but if I thought I was I would take tf care if that on day 1.     Why wait till you were accused of being a gang member.

The man entered this country illegally, made a fraudulent application for asylum, and is likely gang affiliated.  He is under a deportation order.  What do you want to do?
