He never said MS 13.

Yeah, we can extrapolate that he meant choir boys were next to be ICE'd from their pews and sent to El Salvador.  Natural conclusion from the context of the conversation.  Because in a discussion of the handling of illegal aliens and ruthless gang members theree was not an utterance of two letters and a prime number.  So, American citizen Choir Boys and Mormon about to go on mission, and Americans of Asian descent with 1550 SAT scores beware.  "MS 13" wasn't heard so, naturally, the fact that you have ever done anything against the law nor has anything like this ever  happened (giving Roosevelt a pass for imprisoning Americans of Japanese descent in WWII) nor imagined nor stated by any politician is about to happen.  He never said MS 13.

How sweetly naive of you that you think Trump can be trusted to make that determination, or rely on the courts to protect you.

There is a judge in a time magazine article stating they have a credible informant tying him to Ms-13.  I’m sure you can dispute that.  The articles also state he was involved in gang violence in El Salvador.   His family has been involved in gang violence his whole life.  His brother too.

you haven’t answered what due process anwar al-awlake got.   He’s alive right.  Wait.  No he’s dead.    I don’t recall who ordered to kill a literal citizen.  This el Salvadoran dude.  Is he a citizen ?

You don't need to be in MS13. You only need Trump to decide you are. Doesn't matter if the Supreme Court says he is wrong, either. That is the Supreme Court Donald Trump engineered.

You are trying to argue the facts, but to Trump the facts do not matter. So why bother debating them. Just look out for that administrative error. It'll getcha.

What about this 19 year old kid who, by all accounts, never broke any laws at all.  Never even crossed the border until his asylum hearing.  Went where he.was directed, ending up in New York.  Snatched up and sent to the same El Salvadoran...."prison" without a hearing.

This on top of Trump AGAIN floating the idea of sending American citizens to these same prisons.

President of El Salvador, while sitting next to Trump, says he will not return the citizen who was wrongly deported without a hearing. The Supreme Court ruled 9-0 that this action was illegal and Trump must facilitate the man's return.

This "prison" is in fact a concentration camp, by every definition of the word. Inmates are often not formally charged with crimes, nor are they given a release date. Human Rights Watch is not aware of anybody being released from the prison. The population is now at 40,000. Prisoners' heads are shaved and they are packed into rooms like cattle with up to a 100 other prisoners.

Meanwhile, the American gestapo are ambushing legal residents and deporting them for their views on a foreign country.

How can any of you keep defending this? What will it take for you to wake up?

They won't. Without reading this, we're just going to continue to hear how he was actually MS-13...despite MS-13 requires factial tats and things of that nature. If he was MS-13, I'd be fine with him being in that hellhole(it really is an AWFUL prison and has changed El Salvador, but they definitely got innocent people caught up).

You read further into how they got "evidence" of some of these gang members and it's even more pathetic.

But what I found to be the most amusing was how people think he won't just...ignore the constitution. Well, SCOTUS just told them what they were to do and they seem to be making no attempt to do so.

They were told before not to remove him and it was a "mistake."

But when I suggest he would try and run for a 3rd term, I was told out how outlandish that was and how nobody would stand by for that.

Meanwhile we stood by for Jan6 and we rationalize it by saying, 'yeah, but if you really thought what happened was wrong, I can understand why he'd try and cling to power unconstitutionally!'

Some people love that Constitution...until it's inconvenient. Then it's just kinda...whatever.

Kinda like ending birthright citizenship. Or...how about people who were living in the United States illegally! I can think of one person who is not in charge of this group called D.O.G.E. He was here illegally.

How about selling citizenship to the Untied States? That doesn't seem right, but I could be wrong on that one.

A "credible informant?"

They had a men going through a line asking, "if he in a gang," and the women just said, si, si, si," without any actual credible information.

They try and force kids to be part of the gang's. That's why he fled and applied for asylum. That's what the asylum process is for.

Your whole, "he had family involved in gang activity," may be the dumbest argument yet.

But, it's all a moot point. There was an order in place to NOT remove him, the administration violated that order and now, even the comically stacked Trump Court voted 9-0 because...you still have rights in this Country.

Anyone remember how Obama was blasted for circumventing the system with EOs? Trump has now nearly passed him up and he's like 3 months into this term. Not even. And disregarding SCOTUS.

-Keep in mind, they've ALSO picked up Native Americans and Puerto Rican Citizens....didn't deport, but picked them up without allowing for them the opportunity to ID themselves.

And answer;

No, it is not legal to sell the right to become a U.S. citizen. U.S. citizenship is granted through specific legal processes, such as birthright citizenship, naturalization, or through a parent who is a U.S. citizen.

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regulates the process of obtaining citizenship, and any attempt to sell citizenship rights would be considered fraudulent and illegal. Additionally, it is important to note that there are laws against human trafficking and exploitation, which would encompass the illegal sale of citizenship.

While there are legal pathways for obtaining residency or citizenship through investment, such as the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, these do not involve the direct sale of citizenship but rather require substantial investment in U.S. businesses and job creation for U.S. workers.

You may be confusing the speculation that Trump has done this with underage women in the past with the Diddy parties, but there's not enough evidence for that.

But I would be curious where you could just jump the line by buying your way into this country.

Yeah...suuure.

But if I'm to understand you correctly, because he ran out the clock on his prosecution, you're saying now, as President, he doesn't need to listen to a unanimous Supreme Court decision?

That...certainly is a take. I've always said, it's the right that shows the most disdain for the Constitution.

The EB-5 visa is a US residence by investment program that grants a lawful permanent resident Green Card in exchange for a substantial investment in a new commercial enterprise that creates U.S. jobs. After five years of lawful permanent residence, Green Card holders can apply for U.S. citizenship.

LOL...that's cute! You've equated going through a process in which you invest, start a business and THEN go through the path.

Not quite the same as the wealthy just skipping the lines.

"Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free...unless you've got 5M, then we can violate US Law and just let the rich people skip the line!"

Yeah, my mistake. I do actually remember that part in there!
