Uw does not pay nil.  Colleges don’t pay nil.   Third parties do.  If some third party in Madison thinks they can get value out of their $$$ they “could” do it.  If they don’t think this they won’t.

He is correct.  The mars cheese castle is a castle.  It’s super touristy but I still hit it when I pass by.  My son loves it.  You can get great brats and cheese (obv) and spotted cow.

If you go to New Glarus Brewing they actually have beer that is better than spotted cow.  Also a great brewery tour.  Good bike race there too.

didn't his "criminal offense" amount to underage drinking and potentially use of cannabis?  pretty common and hardly what we would consider a significant red flag for a young person.   sorry I shouldn't have even responded to that
