We have 5 Jax or Jaxsons on the team I coach, an entire generation naming their kids after a fictional scumbag biker lmao

Kind of like all the current crop of Cael's? 🤣

In these cases, we can assume we know what sport the father did (I expect a bunch of Helen's coming up soon)

Caelettes? Caelinas?

Also: Love the fact that Cael's actual son wrestled a kid named "Cael" in PA middle school finals.

Well sure ... but just think if he'd wrestled a kid named "Carl."

Horwath always beat Davis in HS, but had a bad RS year and then didn't compete. If he can get to anywhere near his HS potential, that is a good get for ISU

What the hell happened to Horwath?  Dude was a savage in HS.  What happened at Michigan?

College wrestling is really hard. A lot of dudes that had better HS careers than him didn't pan out in college. But yes, Horwath was very good in HS, so hopefully he can get it figured out. He's still young.

Wasn't sure if something happened specifically or just didn't pan out at Michigan.  Hence the question.

Always hoping for great things for Davis (Penn State/Dundee), Horwath (Iowa State/Michigan/Davison), and Heethus (Princeton/Detroit Catholic Central).  All three went round and round for years in Michigan.

the reasons it didn't work out are his own, but he's a good kid and had a lot going on in his life.
