Those are the old criteria. Now it is 

1 – Record

2 – Dominance/Bonus-Point Percentage

3 – Quality of Competition

4 – Sportsmanship

And given that it is a broad vote now, instead of a committee selection, I think the criteria are only used to select finalists. Then it is a vote, not strictly criteria based.

Yeah, I think that is an old article that they lightly update every year and put a new posting date on. WIN Magazine has it different.

If you’re a fan of wrestling you give it to mm or someone other than cstall.   Mm destroyed #2.   And not for the first time.   Cstall couldn’t take down a true freshmen.   He hasn’t dominated at the ncaa tourney.  I think his bonus % at the ncaa tourney is a paltry 20%.
