Only in response to the gaslighting from the left.   All they can do is complain when their hypocrisy  is put in their  face.

There’s a reason why right wingers always have to use still photos to do this. Because if you watch the video, it’s very clear they’re not comparable.

Was it a nazi salute? Idk, maybe! His grandparents were nazi supporters that moved to SA because they liked apartheid so much. His father was an ardent apartheid supporter and is on camera recently saying that his son is returning to his heritage/destiny now that he doesn’t have to pretend to be liberal. He certainly has expressed fascistic views previously.

The biggest misunderstanding of fascism in this country is people think it has to be identical to the nazis. The nazis were one historical manifestation of a broader ideology. For example, fascist movements in Europe are not primarily concerned with Jews anymore. They’re concerned with immigrants, specifically muslims. Immigrants have taken the place of the “outsider” living among us that Jews historically occupied. It’s the same in this country. US fascists are concerned with immigrants and black people because those are the “outsiders” who have not been assimilated into the “domestic” identity of the country - being white.

Whoops. That pesky internet. You can't get away with anything. Know matter how much you deny it.

One of the reasons the left lost was because they continually called Trump Hitler and a Nazi.   It is clear they have learned nothing from their experience.  Keep doing the same thing, continue becoming more and more irrelevant.

“Strange” that x doesn’t allow this tweet to be embedded. Click to see and you’ll know why. Mr Free Speech lol

Good grief, still at it.  It’s a special kind of idiocy that tries to equate Elon’s enthusiasm for the overturn of the most ruinous administration ever with Naziism.  Even the people doing it know they’re lying.  So what do they think they stand to gain, because they’re losing votes.

He also endorsed the nazi party in Germany. 2+2 = 4

Its not a Nazi signal ... he is pointing to where inflation is headed.  Surely you are onboard with that.

I heard Elon is training a Panzer Division in the Nevada desert.  We really should have satellite eyes on this.  🛰

Musk's comments resonate with me. When I toured Budapest with an acquaintance from Vienna, we discussed how our education systems handle historical accountability, especially after visiting the "Shoes on the Danube Bank" memorial. He is a fourth generation with collective guilt.  Keep the remembrance as a learning tool, but also, move on!

Just like Jan. 6th the dems will never move on. It's not in their DNA.

Pay attention.  They should keep historical remembrances as a tool for learning, AND the descendants should MOVE ON from the GUILT of ancestor events.

Thank you for explaining how other people should handle national atrocities/genocides committed by their country.  Now how are you separating remembering vs. guilt.  "Yeah, this happened, that sucks, move on."  Literally the only logical conclusion from your position.

My acquaintance, the person, should not feel guilt.

Should Katrin Himmler feel guilt?

Katrin Himmler is the great-niece of Heinrich Himmler, who was the head of the SS during the Nazi era. Katrin was born well after all that Nazi stuff ended. She can't be guilty of crimes unless she was actually involved, and she was not. Legally, guilt does not pass down through the family tree.

It's not appropriate anyone born after the events to feel personal guilt for the actions of a previous generation, when they had no part in those actions. Guilt implies culpability for wrongdoing, which does not apply to the people.

-------

The ones that should feel guilt are an exception at this point.
