Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

All of the US team wrestled one time  today already... time to cycle to the next round.

Zou is tough. Don't read into the scoreboard read into the win. He is a Gwiz-level medal gatekeeper and that is two solid wins in 12 weeks against him.

He has to learn to sprawl a little differently. He pulls his knees back up off the mat on the way out. I was wondering if they might challenge  an earlier one. I thought he was ok on that one but the knees kind of came up. He also needs to circle there.

Why was the match so close? Anyone?

Zou did not engage. Gameplan was to keep it close and try to steal it at the end.

Lee hangs on… he’s lucky ref didn’t call him for a step out or a caution on that first one, but I have no doubt he would’ve dug deep to hang on. Nice job! He is on a mission!

To paraphrase that crotchety crotch sniffer LBJ once said, the "women's style" is much better. And significantly more successful. Who wants to waste their morning watching L's?

Easy tough guy

Lee's opponent was defensive the entire bout, only countering Lee's offense.  Lee had a few decent scoring chances, but the guy was built like a fire hydrant.   Very hard to score on.  Looking for a big counter throw.

Lee was definitely the better wrestler.
