So does anyone know how many years of eligibility AJ has?

He has claimed he has three based on taking an Oly RS last year. But I have my doubts about that.

As the head coach of the defunct Folkstyle Sim League CSU Bakersfield squad, I would like to officially distance the simulated CSU Bakersfield program from this decision.

that was a fun league while it was running.  I ran Minnesota for the first year and then switched over to Penn Quakers

It was great, and we were ready to win a team trophy.

Not a Ferrari fan, but IMO this is probably a good match. On the Bakersfield side they have nothing to loose really.  They won 1 match at the Pac12 tournament … that’s one total the whole tournament. If it doesnt work out he isn’t costing a team a trophy and it’s not really a black eye on the program like it would be other places. He’s going to bring attention to the team … probably get more than the 200 fans they normally get.  For Ferrari it’s not the limelight program, which is probably good for him, and he gets another chance.  He could bring home an AA for CSUB which would be great for that program.

Or if he gets accused of a crime against a woman they could drop the program.

Realistically, should read “CSU the next program to sell its soul at the alter of a head coach’s ego”

CSU - Colorado State ?  Can you name their head coach without googling?

I will say Ferrari's recruiting process is way more interesting than bassett's.

He will sell more tickets than Bo will!

That is always a possibility, unless it’s OSUe. ….I’m going to assume there have been many meetings and conversations involving admissions and the AD. If he was going to end up somewhere it was going to have to be a low profile team for it to work. His antics will not be as effective in front of 200 vs 10,000. But I admit, serious charges could result in serious consequences

If Luke can keep the Ferrari in the garage for however many years he has left, then the school needs to give him a pay increase and more scholly money! 🤣

This basically says it all. A former true freshman national champion transfers to a school where nine wrestlers went 0-2 at conference and the other went 1-2.

Some things are worth more to your program than 10 team points at NCAAs.

You bring up a good point that a Netflix reality series doc on the season may be a great fundraiser. From the Makers of Hard Knocks and The Tiger King comes …..

His fall from grace. His total loss of value to even average programs.

He is going to a school ranked 76 out of 77(?) last year by wrestlestat.
