Does anyone have a list of transfers who went on to win an NCAA title?

Off the top of my head I can think of TJ Jaworsky, Seth Gross, Bubba Jenkins, Greg Kerkvliet, Max Dean, Nick Suriano.

Who am I forgetting?

Here is an even rarer one, who already won a title and then transferred?

 

Chuck Jean won 2 titles for Iowa St then finished at Adams St in NAIA.

Steve Mocco won at Iowa the OK St

Sam Henson I believe transferred from Missouri to Clemson

Aaron Holker transferred from BYU when it dropped their program to ISU

Billy Stuart, Lehigh, 1965 NCAA Champ (137 lbs), transferred from Brown University.

Greg Ruth, Oklahoma U, 2x NCAA Champ (‘65, ‘66), transferred from Lehigh after a stint in the Army

It's a 1/2 transfer.  He was still practicing in the PSU room while at Lock Haven.

Really? I did not know this. Could you tell us more? Like, were all parties ok with this?

I was a youngster during this era so I don't know all the details.  But, Kolat did make the short 30 min drive to practice with PSU while at Lock Haven and he and Fritz have a good relationship.  According to Kolat he only left because Fritz wouldn't allow him to redshirt for the '95 season.
