Maybe less. Maybe more. He’s got a decent hit list at this point.

It is pretty impressive, he’s knocked off Jordan Titus #1 recruit at his weight and NQ ,Cornella , LaJoie, Flores from Air Force, Koderhandt from Navy, Rooks, and lost in OT to Bartlett at the black knight invitational final last year , he could of easily won that match too …he may never start a PSU but if he ever transfers he’d be a big get for a smaller program ,he’d start at a lot of places

I think Lehigh rolls with Ryan Crookham at 133 and I think he AAs and maybe pretty high. Not a great guy he is beating right now, but he is the real deal anyway.

Messenbrink competing attached. No OLY RS for him.

Looked a bit undersized and was pretty wild. Puts up a lot of points.

Didn't Messenbrink already burn his chance for the OLY RS when he enrolled at PSU for Fall semester? I'm unclear about the rule.

Just for the sake of clarity, "half the B1G teams" was where this started...:classic_cool:

I do not think so. There was nothing I could find in the Olympic RS criteria that suggests an athlete must not be enrolled.

I think he’d start at Maryland, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan State, Purdue, and Wisconsin. 6 out of 14.

Truax over Rowley 7-4

messenbrink 14-10 over Ruiz the true freshman.

as evident in the Ruiz match, Messenbrink's TD defense puts him at risk vs. a good cradler...wouldn't end well vs someone like O'Toole, although hopefully his strategy would differ greatly

At 125B... nit's Robert Howard's comeback?

Hofstra's Dylan Ryder says :

After giving up the initial TD to Howard... it was ALL Ryder.

13-3 majorD.

Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Haines dinged up his left knee in his first bout and seems to be favoring it in his second match. Still WBF though....hopefully nothing serious.

Same thing with Shapiro but it's his right knee. ugh.

Crookham made sense as the starter, given his HS background.  The kid had two PIAA titles and 100 wins by the end of his Sophomore year. Had to sit out as a JR due to transfer to Saucon Valley and then won as a SR while recovering from an injury.

His crossover final bout vs Vito should be a good barometer as to where he sits on the national scene.

NCAA champ... MOW.

World Champ 61Kg...

Went down in defeat.

(I wouldn't bet against Arujau in the next encounter.)
