Happy Independence Day!!! block party every year. lots of great people. lots of great food. We have a special Star Spangled Banner singer every year around 830 and start the big fireworks just before dark. parachutes and firecrackers for the kids before dark. a few bottle rocket and roman candle fights for the adults... sometimes... depends on how many libations sparklers after the show for the kids.

Brooks story: True or False?
wrestlingshoe replied to Interviewed_at_Weehawken's topic in International Wrestling
Coming from Muslims or not (and I'm sure you know all of them) Brooks' comment is horrendous. I am a Lutheran (as far from the far right loonies as you can get). It is disheartening how Brooks comments (and the thinking of the far right Christians) denigrate the Christian religion. Acceptance, love, treat others they way you want to be treated... all that stuff, is lost in the verbage Brooks and his fellow right wing Christians use and live by. -
Im thinking of titling the song: She Ain't No Cougar

It is evil of me to really hope this guy gets elected? Is it evil of me to hope that New York City voters get a full measure of exactly what they have/are voting into office? The problem is that many of the consequences of their choices won't become apparent immediately but will affect citizens for years to come. It is the suffering of the people who can't vote in this election that checks my schadenfreude a bit. I have no concern for the adults don't currently live in NY who freely choose to move there and then must suffer. It is the children who currently live there who will grow up and inherit the situation that keep my glee in check. These are the victims of the left and poor election choices of those who preceded them.

Update: looks like no brunch. I thought I read about a dine and tour package some time ago, but been looking and I don’t see anything like that. Would have been an experience….

So I guess your 80 year old hall of fame football coach can have an over-controlling 24 year old girlfriend, OR your wrestling team can bring in a transfer who was charged with sexual battery, is a pretty reckless driver, and is on video discharging firearms indiscriminately. But both is a no go.

I heard Arnold’s weight had a large part to do with his dismissal. He’s going to need to try very hard to get to 174 imo. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

this thread has various things being said that have been asked for clarifications. Not aimed at you GMF, but it would be nice if people here just said what they meant instead of hiding it behind apparently meaningless words. mspart -

FWIW: my primary account was down 38%+ at one point this year... it has recovered fully to 8%+. One of my companies is down 50% and likely will not improve with current tariffs and America First policies. Another company may go bananas as result of the Big Beautiful Bill passing. If there were rate cuts... that'd be a very bullish...
