You’re drinking my kind of cup of coffee brother. -
Did Iowa fans enjoy Mocco versus Mirasola?
Gus replied to Jimmy Cinnabon's topic in College Wrestling
I think you have Melvin Miller mixed up with someone else. He is a sophomore and has not committed anywhere. -

Make America Great…..Again???
WrestlingRasta replied to WrestlingRasta's topic in Non Wrestling Topics
I think the way the title is written explains that, but let me see if I can break it down for you: The ‘Again’ portion of the title is separated and followed by multiple question marks, signifying my questioning of….’again’. Going further, questioning the notion that America is not in fact great. Which, it is. It is the greatest country in the world!! Yes even currently. Is it perfect, of course not. As Tin Cup said perfection is unattainable. But it can be, and is, perfectly imperfect. And in the video, he demonstrates that. He takes an individual who has a very negative view of America, and explains why America is in fact great for her. The intention is to hope to get some people who like to spend so much time and energy focused on the negative aspects of America, and allow more of the positives to seep into their perception, and realize America is a wonderful place to live, no matter who is in the White House. People like you and I are very fortunate to have been born here. We did absolutely nothing to make that happen, it happened for us by the good graces of God. I believe a lot of people take that for granted, and harbor a heavy sense of entitlement over it. We certainly should always look to make things better, but if we can’t appreciate how beautiful, and very fortunate, we are…what’s the point? -

I think Gomez would be a heavy favorite against Parker and RBY should be favored over Conin as well. I am assuming that the Cuban at 97kg could be favored over Radenmacher - Today

Anthony Knox charged with assault
Not the Real Scribe replied to okokzach's topic in College Wrestling
It's a High School fight for God's sake. I got in fights, know a million others that got in fights. Not once was anyone charged with assault. Seriously? -
His gratitude message is good but what does maga mean in relation to it?

Maybe the admin should hire Jesse Watters, he’d fit right in with these math geniuses from when he thought $20 an hour was a six figure annual salary. -

??? Are you saying Bo Bassett's brother, Melvin Miller committed to PSU? Are you sure? When did this happen? As far as I know, he is uncommitted. Basset made sure to say that when he chose a school, that it would be a place where his brothers would also want to wrestle, and that he would like the three of them to be on the same college team. Not a guarantee that either goes to Iowa, but theoretically their feelings were taken into account when Bo committed. -

I’m not sure if this Birthday thing is really true (seems like it’s also for the 250th birthday of the Army), but the replies to this post are insane. Including from large follower accounts.

No joke: I texted the "see you next time" acrostic to my ex-wife for several months before the show-cause order was served.

Penn State hasn't sent this freshman class to Treigning Lab in an off season yet, so I'm sure Cole Mirasola and Barr will put on some good weight this off season. The "supplements" in that gym have done a lot for Penn State wrestlers throughout the years. Not sure what the plan is for Connor (currently walks roughly 205). Time will tell.

As seen below, I was able to get leaked photos of Gable training with our friend from down under in the Coed Breakdancing for LA 2028

I've never felt robbed when a match ends in tech. Leg lace or not I've never felt like the better guy lost by 10 or more points. I see zero bad things about a match ending in a tech.

I’m really looking forward to seeing Jax Forrest competing. Best of luck to all our team members. -
Knockouts are exciting and decisive in a way that, for me, continuous leg laces are not. Pins are exciting and decisive in the way a knockout is. I never feel robbed when a match ends in pin.
-
Half of the US Open men's finals ended in techs, including Seth Gross and David Carr.

What needs to be defended? Why is it bad that one guy often scores a lot more than the other guy? Is it bad when too many boxing matches end in knockouts?

Three days ago she said DEA has seized 21 million fentanyl pills, saving 21 million lives since Trump took office. Mind you in 2023 there were ~70,000 fentanyl deaths. Two days later she said it was 22 million pills, saving 119 million lives since January. Today she said it was 22 million pills, saving 258 million lives. Apparently 76% of us were this close to taking up fentanyl and dying from it. Sadly we were going to need to share those 22 million pills though.

Was there a time you could only do one gut at a time? There had to be a score in between or you have to come back up to your feel? I remember you could hold someone for a count(on a trapped arm or something) and then go back to the Gut...but I can't recall if it was ever limited to 1 or if it was 2 gut wrenches.
