  1. I see your point here, but I think even solid is pushing it. Just this season he had losses to: Jared Hill, Cobe Seibrecht, James Conway, and Charlie Millard. Maybe we define 'solid' differently, however. But we definitely agree he hasn't lived up to the hype.
  2. When did this happen? Did I miss it?
  3. I'm not sure a sucked down Facundo beats Robideau/TT/Jamison.
  4. As a Cowboy fan, I'm with you. The kid is going to be special.
  5. Interesting one to make the first, considering they already have Cannon (who beat Chittum this season) at 157.
  6. Really good insight. Appreciate this.
  7. Yes, but McCrone has had two NCAAs to get it done and has failed to put together a solid performance. Kilkeary was a blue chipper. At some point the staff has to give him a chance I'd think. And I'm a McCrone fan wholeheartedly. Love his style and back story.
  8. 125: Kilkeary 133: Davino 141: Mendez 149: Shaw 157: Cannon 165: Gallagher/Birden 174: Gallagher/Birden 184: Rogotzke 197: Shumate 285: Feldman Is my best guess.
  9. Can they beat Vincent Cornella and Marcello Milani, respectively. I'm not being sarcastic. I genuinely don't know.
  10. Oh I agree with you 100%. That's what meant by a matchup thing. No way Stanich ever beats Mendez. But if Mendez took a loss to Hardy/Composto, and then Stanich had Hardy/Composto in the finals he could win it.
  11. Yes, but he beat CJ Composto 8-2. CJ was 4th and will likely start the season ranked 3rd. So I think the Mendez thing may have been a matchup deal.
  12. I cannot see either of things being the case. No inside info. Just gut feeling.
  13. They also got Eli Griffin. Nice 141/149 B2B for the Broncos.
  14. I tend to agree. But FWIW, Merrill did lose to Buchanan on 2-0 and did beat Isaiah Salazar. I try to not judge guys based on close losses, but it's eye opening to me.
  15. That was my point. Because @pokemonster said Gilman causes problems wherever he's at.
  16. Either 174 (which is still not a given he beats Facundo) or on the bench.
  17. Honestly didn't realize he had been there four years. I haven't followed him, or Harvard, that closely tbh.
  18. Hard to imagine someone willingly wanted to give up a Harvard degree. Unless he'd be a grad student, which he could be. I am completely unaware of he is eligibility wise.
  19. Qualification process was determined based on 2025 NCAAs results, which they didn't perform well.
  20. You didn't listen to the Basch interview did you? Gilman seemed very at peace with the not only the loss to Spencer but his career as a whole. To say Spencer 'took his soul' would be a huge over exaggeration in my opinion.
  21. Wasn't aware of any of this. I don't have my nose to the ground that kind of stuff.
