    60 minutes did a piece on this a few years back. it's pretty insane what the current laws are (congress is LITERALLY immune from insider trading (at least at the time the piece aired). anyway, i feel like it's truly gaining momentum. imo, two of the most important changes would be trading stock and term limits.
