So while every city is seeing lower prosecution numbers, and the people of DC themselves are complaining about it, you think there's no tie in there? you think DC's doubling of unprosecuted crimes in 1 year is just coincidental? or are you actually buying that 1 forensic lab being shut down is the real reason?

    As Idaho said, the university knew for years what was coming. it's an utter fail by their admin. and a giant slap in the face to the coaches and athletes. the bottom line is this - a DI athletic program has no where to practice and shower. what an embarrassment.
