You do realize jross posted a list of actual claims to now known facts right....terrible attempt on your part.

The SCOTUS did not tell the Trump administration he needs to bring the guy back...they actually ruled that the district judge can't make the administration return him. The SCOTUS wrote that the US should try and facilitate his RELEASE...not his return. So again, how is Trump "thumbing his nose at SCOTUS???

There is obviously a reason he was deported based on the information that ICE had (other than you and other's claims of racism, fascism, dictatorship, etc.), he probably was trying to turn his life around, this may have been a case that needed to be looked at more closely before he was deported, and there is probably a reason El Salvador is keeping him locked up. Do people in El Salvador get due process when they are in jail/prison?? Can they keep people in there for no reason? So it dawned on me that a lot of people are making some extreme claims about what is going to happen over the next 4 years, so I thought it would be cool to start a thread listing all the outrageous claims being made and then come back and revisit them at a later time. So let's list them as they come up. Please try and keep from debating the topic on this thread to try and keep it as clean as possible and easy to review in the future. Oh...and list the author of the claim if you can.

This is what I don't get...all you people who blindly hate Trump think he has some ulterior motive to the things he does...why? Found this chart interesting...it's from a Jan 2025 article...for some reason I can't paste the link?? FYI so it isn't confusing...this chart is for drug API's, which are the chemical components used to make the final dug product. Anyway, does seem a little concerning...maybe the tariffs will prompt a quick increase in the production of these API's in the US, but per the article there is limited infrastructure in the US to come close to making enough to support all drug production for the US and it would take some time to get that infrastructure built.

Did I watch what? Trump saying that he went to the best college? I disagree with him that it is the best college. Or that he thinks all the top professors think his plan is brilliant? If so, I don't believe him. Or the professor saying Trump's tariffs are bad? I didn't watch it as I don't have an interest too...everyone seems to have a strong opinion on the tariffs, and like I said in another post I am a wait and see type of guy...I don't get into the whole "The sky is falling" narrative. Again, I am not sure what the gotcha is...and that is why I was asking?
