The funny part of it is if those Jan 6 folks who did cause destruction to the capital building where illegals and/or on a work/school visa, I'd say deport them without charging them with anything and never let them return. That to me would be their "due process".

How do you know...because the ones being deported said so, or maybe they were directly invloved in behavior the university and authorities felt were against the rules/law and they police/DA decided not to charge them with anything because the plan was to deport them?? Where in the SCOTUS ruling did it say "return to the USA"?? It says help facilitate his release...which I believe he has been...in El Salvador. And yes he is never coming back here...period!
