  1. He couldn't at the academy. He may be able to now? I'm pretty sure this was addressed when he was on Bader show, but I do not remember what he said. I DO remember that he was walking dogs at the animal shelter and learning guitar.
  2. You engaged me on this point, so perhaps you are confused. My OP was responding to 1032004, then you apparently were offended? Also, I mentioned that the guy was great. He just doesn't seem suited for a three day tournament. I'm not sure I get the outrage.
  3. I feel Carter may have also had nice things to say about Kem, but that was a long time ago!
  4. Kem has always seemed to be a great guy.
  5. Who am I to question his technique? But look at how Gable attempts to finish his standup with short time... and then just collapses. It seems as if he could have gotten out if he had turned the other way. Fatigue has a way of making people make bad decisions.
  6. Phantom headgear pull, singlet grab, kneepad grab, eyepoke... there is always something to challenge.
  7. I still love you!
  8. That was last year. I don't understand the sensitivity regarding this. I'm talking numbers. Decent sample size, too. I've been mentioning for years that the guy has been wrestling without an ACL. No one seemed to think it was a big deal. It is almost like there was no pearl clutching after other wrestlers have MFF in the past...
  9. At no point, did I question his "clutch gene.' More about how beat up he is at the end of the year, every year.
  10. I just think it is an interesting stat. Three wins in five trips to day 3, one being his title. I mean, for a stats guy, you have to find that pretty interesting. Just not built for day 3 wrestle-backs, I guess. I mean, three wins in five trips may be a record setting performance, no?
  11. Maybe it was the principle of the stalling interpretations
  12. M2 kids. Maybe try to get the magic back, straight from the Magic Man himself. However, their families being in PA would be an issue.
  13. How about some people on another board attempting to make an issue of frustrated Caliendo's weak elbow to MMs ribs? I didn't see anything about it here, but I may have missed. Also claiming it was why Cael was heated after the match.
  14. BTW what was the supposed HIPPA violation? Shapiro revealing his own medical condition? I can be almost 100% sure that when someone says "HIPPA" that they have zero clue.
  15. All part of God's plan
  16. Not to mention: Didn't he put on about 30 lbs of muscle after his positive test?
  17. Well, I think the real test was the Olympics less than a year later. He just didn't seem to be quite the same guy!
  18. I'm not always the kindest to PSU wrestlers and fans. I think "Coach Cal" is highly suspect. But I feel a little bad for Kasak. He is basically being targeted because he went of three weight classes and has horrible acne. Even at 149 last year, it was said that he was growing during the season and was going to have to be 157. The kid is having a really tough time with a significant dermatological issue. He probably doesn't need any additional piling on.
