  1. What about the location of the handgun that wasn't "extra?"
  2. Yes. I was just clarifying for the 420 crowd that it wasn't just a weed thing.
  3. He would have also probably been in a lot of trouble if he had imbibed any amount of alcohol, and likely if there was an open container within reach. (I am not 100% knowledgeable about PA gun laws, but I do know them in my state). It isn't necessarily that its "just weed," any substance would have gotten him into a lot of trouble at that point. Also, I think PA may be particular about the method of THC delivery.
  4. Yes. I thought he would have wrestled for a medal in the Olympics if Brooks didn't successfully appeal his first positive test. (operating under the belief that DT was done)
  5. Really great tournament by Trent. Beat multiple ranked guys.
  6. I kinda doubt we ever see a close to "100% Vito" again. The finger injuries have not been great, but may eventually get better. His neck is always going to be an issue, unfortunately. This stuff is going to affect his training, which will affect his gas tank. To make matters worse, I have heard that Vito has long been a weight cutting machine. When you reduce his training time/intensity, making weight is going to be that much tougher and will take its toll even more than it has in the past. That being said, he is still a tough out and Jax is to be commended.
  7. Can "climate scientists" earn a decent living if they don't say that we are going to irreversibly damage the earth in less than five years?
  8. And this response has at least two examples of 2nd grade name calling!
  9. Wow, you mean to tell me that the PSU fan who likely hasn't been inside a school for decades didn't know there have been bullying laws on the books in PA for over 15 years? Allegedly: Repeated sexual assaults. Retaliatory theft. Taking and posting nudes in the locker room. Lots of harassment, intimidation. and fear of bodily injury there. In my jurisdiction, LE looks at a pattern (generally three offenses) and calls it bullying. I hope this gets their due diligence.
  10. Good analysis. However, I will say that it was made very clear to me when I received my concealed carry permit, that there were certain rules I absolutely had to obey. For instance, when I bring dueling pistols to NJ from my home in NY, I make sure to refer to it as an "interview, " as opposed to a "duel."
  11. St. Carl of State College?
  12. But it was an Ohio State duffle!
  13. I believe Brooks alluded to issues with DT/Nickal in 2019 in a Basch interview.
  14. Pardon my ignorance, but do vapes still have odors?
  15. And there is this: https://universityethics.psu.edu/reporting-at-penn-state/student https://universityethics.psu.edu/reporting-at-penn-state/harassment-or-bullying-students
  16. I'm not sure... but I think that is how a lot of firings are done. They also used to just drop the programs.
  17. Yep. I've been involved in mandated reporting , even reporting an allegation that had already been investigated to protect kids and cover my behind.
  18. Not true. College students are also legally protected from bullying in PA, and it goes far beyond cyber bullying. Nice try though.
  19. Bullying actually IS a crime.
  20. I would not be surprised if weight was an issue too.
  21. I only watched the second match and felt that he had some difficulty pulling legs in off of shots. I immediately felt that he might be having some weakness in his extremities as a result of the neck injury.
  22. I believe the "Maine-iac" may have been more appropriate.
