    KInda crazy, but I was just listening to yesterday's Baschamania... Around the 17:30 mark, Basch refers to PJ Duke as a "mongoloid." I'm not sure where he was going with that but he might want to check a dictionary at some point.

    I recently heard from a fairly reputable source that the UK surpassed the US in obesity rates. We are still leading in total numbers as well as in the morbidly obese numbers.

    They made it pretty clear that you could factor in international or whatever you want: career, single season, etc. The only qualification was that you had to win an NCAA title at that weight, but Olympics and everything else can be factored in. It is up to the individual voter.

    Who else bumps up for one match against someone that good? Did Pendleton? Abas, Mark Schultz, Seth Gross... not many others. Did any of them weigh a weight class less? And who wins while doing it? But that's a bad mark against Askren? Crazy talk.

    I mean, I beat a future D1 all-American as a junior in high school (9-5) and would never even consider making a claim that I was better than him after that day had passed.
