Your statement is true to some extent, but not completely accurate. In Pennsylvania, you can be excluded from government contracts if you boycott Israel or certain other countries, but you cannot be banned from doing all business in the state for your views.

That said, I do think Zepeda is looking to slot in at 149lbs for NC State after a redshirt?
