  1. The size disparity between him and Mesenbrink at U23s was absolutely insane.
  2. I thought Yazdani won the spot at 74 KG earlier this year?
  3. I mean... looking like it's getting revoked innit?
  4. What is the track record for NJ 3xers?
  5. It's been known that Vito is hurt. They wrestled yesterday because he requested a delay because he was hurt (you have to submit medical documents when you request a delayed wrestleoff - reasoning, etc.).
  6. This happened to a few kids my kids wrestled with for attending AAU 'meets' because of a travel rule that they were HARD on. It was devastating as two were seniors who had placed high the year before, and it likely cost one of them a D1 scholarship to Central Michigan, as they had shown high interest.
  7. My contribution, more or less, was that Duke has the path of least resistance, Blaze the path of potentially most resistance:
  8. Greetings All, A decent thread going here on Twatter... who has the best NCAA Folkstyle career and who has the best Senior MFS career?
  9. Idiocracy probably?
  10. I am typically the first or second person to heart react his stuffs.
  11. Forrest will still be going to U23s, much like Duke.
  12. Having been to Cali, I agree at is raw beauty. It's the people that make it suck. I am pretty much excluding the folks on here from Cali, as there are still some 30 million+ good folks from Cali... it's the crappy 5-10 million phuktarts that screw it up for everyone else.
  13. Ah *I poop my pants, don't laugh at me*. So we can lump Cali and Jersey in to one boat... Le me tell ya'll something... 20 years ago? Everyone was like "You know what's wrong with Philadelphia? People from New Jersey live in Philly. Know what's wrong with New Jersey? People from New Jersey are from New Jersey." Now when you compare that to turdbrains from Cali? Gawd. I'd rather live in back alley of Newark with an old, retired show donkey than in the $HlT-hole state of California.
  14. I think I am in the same boat as you. Hearing Jax say he was close to being gassed before he realized he had the match in the bag is concerning against a guy who comes out the gate as quickly as Vito. I have to assume Vito is good to go, and even if he isn't, his offense and pace are 2nd to only Soph/Junior season RBY ( ). Interestingly enough, I want Jax to win. Not because I prefer Jax, but because I want Vito to get healthy and finish out this quad healthy, and I am worried he isn't healthy right now.
  15. @Caveira don't take this as directed at you intentionally. I know you were just chiming in. This is mainly a broad sort of response.
  16. Is this a 'dog on Cali' thread? If so, I am in.
  17. Damnit. Was hoping this thread was talking about Brennan from Game Changer.
  18. I never said I know. How would you, or anyone else posting here know? If you (they) have actual information, provide it. If not, they're just making things up to stir the pot. That’s not a discussion - it’s just being petty. As for the age comment - sure, I was off by a year. He’s almost 19, not almost 18. Doesn’t change anything. What’s clear is that some folks are taking Bassett’s decisions way too personally. He’s not obligated to meet our expectations. He’s arguably the most followed high school wrestler ever, with a massive NIL upside, and he’s handling things in a way that suits his goals, not yours. And why would he follow any other path than his own, which is going to make him a millionaire within five years? He’s already making a huge impact on the sport, and that’s only going to grow over the next 6–7 years. Tearing him down because you don’t like his path doesn’t say anything about him - but it says plenty about all the haters, and their toxic energy.
  19. 4:20 meaning that's why it was forgotten. I think it is a poke at reeferheads.
  20. None of those things are even close to being true. Hate on a 17 year old all you want, creating $HlT out of thin air shows more about you than him and the process.
  21. To be fair to Strick, I don't think we saw peak performance him at 133lbs last season. I think he was intentionally light because he was on descent, which also means his strength/speed was going to be lacking. I think 140lb Strick, cutting to 133lbs is much different.
  22. Wow, missed this! Kaleb is also in there. A shame they appear to have three 157lbers.
  23. Funny enough... Arnold, who was 184lbs last season and is supposedly 'well over' 200lbs, looked tiny compared to Palacio. But Palacio is twelve weight classes below Nickal, so challenging Palacio is a no-go. That said, I bet Bassett accepts that match 10/10 times. Kid is no coward.
  24. And I am sure Bo Nickal is 100% in the know on today's compliance structure/rules as well as the CRTC comings and goings.
