  1. Purdue/Oklahoma's Nachohouse is there. A smaller guy, but I don't see anyone else on the roster that he could possibly break a sweat wrestling with.
  2. Also, it has been rumored for some time that his age is not what his actual age is, and that was why he accomplished so much during his younger 'age' level successes. Meaning he might have been a 21 year old at U17s.
  3. Well a guy that was 174lbs up until a week before the season (wrestled 79 KG at U23s) was the resounding #2, and it wasn't close. I think that tells us that the field thinned out tremendously.
  4. Hurt Starocci lost to Thicclay. Thicclay split with PK last they met at 184lbs. Thicclay from last year, though? I take him over PK.
  5. This is true. What could also be true is that one of them already had intended to go up (or down) prior to this match being finalized.
  6. As well as a returning starter that has three more years of eligibility. Dutton might have gone 9W - 13L last season, but he was in a lot of matches with a lot of high level placers. His average margin of loss the last month of the season was a ~takedown. That is primarily against the PAC12 gents - Singleton, Lamer, Abas, and Parco. 5W-6L down the stretch with those six losses coming to the aforementioned gents.
  7. I believe Shumate is too large for 184lbs as of now. Hepner is small. I wouldn't even say average at 165lbs. I would say, though, that his mat game is reliant on not being smaller. He loses a lot of strength if he goes up. Kharchla had no issues with size against Lewis at the RTC cup the year Lewis went 174lbs and took 2nd. I know it was freestyle, but size is size.
  8. Chonkulaev
  9. Good. I wqs actively rooting for Focus in their skirmish. Guy has Bono energy written all over him. Too bad he would be JV there, too.
  10. I have a hard time seeing Swiderski happy sitting on the sidelines.
  11. I have a hard time disagreeing to this. The lone exception is that Young might beat a depleted Fish at 157lbs (he hasn't been 157 or lower since his Soph season in High School.
  12. Multiple personality disorder is not a joke! Millions suffer from it every day!
  13. My take: 133 - Witcraft VS McComas 141 - Hughes, Young or Jamison could go down if they lose the wrestleoff up at 149 149 - Jamison VS Young 157 - Fish VS Teague (If Fish loses, he Redshirts), Young could go up if he loses to Jamison 197 - Surber VS Merrill (Merrill could redshirt, if he loses)
  14. You seem to have mistaken my response for anything other than facetiousness. You need to stop being so triggered about stupid shit. Did Taylor hurt you? Do you need to tell us on the emotional doll where you were hurt?
  15. Rash right now...
  16. Again: You're showing your triggered side here. Toughen up.
  17. So the guy who just put up 7 points on him lost to Jacob Cardenas at U23s last year via 4-3 Decision. The way he gets to Sadulaev's legs? Taylor converts those with ease.
  18. Truax then lost to Amine.
  19. Can we all please stop picking on @WrestlingRash. It is abundantly clear that he isn't up for this.
  20. You aren't allowed to work two jobs. Please see the prior posts saying that you can't. It is written, so it is law.
  21. Again, I don't think you understand what triggered means. You actively jumped on every active thread that mentioned David Taylor and persistently bashed him for succeeding in being the best for many days in a row. That was a prime example of someone that is (and was) triggered, be it jealousy, annoyance, or hate - you acted triggered. You got called out on it and realized the interpretation of you actually being the one that was triggered was correct so you slunk away and are now playing the defensive 'oh no you guys are being mean to me and singling me out!' and 'I ackchooally have a job so i kant re-sponds' card. I didn't think you would play this victim card. That isn't even Beta shit - grow a pair. You are correct, though - I will give you that: You are entitled to your own opinion. It can also be wrong. It appears that you are having difficulty accepting accountability for that. That is a you thing, not an anyone else thing - let alone a group thing. You don't need to try so hard to fail. You do a swimmingly swell job at doing that by simply existing.
  22. Bono doesn't count. He's a Turdbiscuit. We should expect no good things from him insofar as his character goes.
  23. Kharchla may go 184.
  24. The only reason he got that chest wrap off was because Bugaev didn't close off... kind of sat there once he got in. Taylor is going to finish those shots pretty quickly and pretty easily.
  25. It appears that Iowa State has actual wrestleoffs, still. Last year Echemendia defeated Swiderski, and Echemendia got the nod at 149lbs until he dropped to 141lbs. This year, they have said there are wrestleoffs at several weights.
