    Fair enough on the federal point. TBH, I’m not sure what @ionel was even getting at with that question. The earlier chart was per capita spending, not payroll. It was probably unemployment payments which drove the increases during the recession and pandemic, so laying someone off but then paying them unemployment probably doesn’t save a ton of net tax dollars.

    It’s possible, but I have to lean towards ASU. I feel like worst case Parco and Teemer are pretty safe bets for no worse than about 4th, which would put them at about 12 points each and would only need a few from Munoz. Any of the schools with a good 125 + another guy or 2 also has a shot due to the fact that a lot of guys have a chance to win 125.
