  1. It's not banned because it's a naturally occurring steroid. It is banned because it is a masking agent.
  2. Did Carl piss on Carter's grave? Because he is dead to him.
  3. Any two of these would be nothing. Administration is not going to only look at two of them. They are going to look at all the facts no matter the context. And while we all agree with you regarding Gilman's likely intent (or lack thereof)... again, he wrote it in a public space which is literally the dumbest thing ever now that the heat is turned up.
  4. Oh just that I was hoping for something much more salacious that I hadn't heard yet
  5. Spill that tea! ️
  6. If that happens....
  7. Kind of crazy to know that NLWC has had FOUR people suspended within the past 35 days. That is a cold, hard fact. Thomas "Not Retired" Gilman Kyle "QV-BB" Snyder Carter "Watch my 5 on 2" Starocci Aaron "I didn't mean to cheat while I jump up 24 pounds" Brooks
  8. Maybe a crate of HGH because that's the only thing that can explain the size of Brooks enormous Barry Bonds ass lookin head
  9. I know for a verified fact that an ESPN journalist and a Defector journalist are now looking into this which means others are going to start sniffing too. I bet we find out very soon if this story has real legs to it. I'll give you a hint: one of them was an absolute bulldog on the Larry Nassar/MSU stuff.
  10. Starocci is currently interviewing at University of Nebraska
  11. Don't mind me I'm just an idiot - what's this referring to?
  12. Hard to say anything when you're gargling nittany lion balls
  13. Well the law also says no sexual assaulting but that doesn't seem to stop some people
  14. OTT would like a word when the conversation went to this exact topic.
  15. As the 'Bon said - tiny sport. Add that it's very conservative which will eat its' own for the sake of dessert. That mindset has proven over the course of centuries to be hyper-destructive to anything be it a person or an ideology pushing against the status quo. Oddly hypocritically given the above second point, Willie, given his personal stances, very correctly pointed out that the sport is on life support more than ever both domestically and internationally. The slackjaws like Mineo will push things forward, but the question will always be "at what cost?" Given the (rightful) impending death of the NCAA, this is all but a foregone outcome for our sport and many others that did not make the right moves. It's a damn shame because our sport teaches the most important life lessons of all no matter the level.
  16. Two wrongs don't make a right, but I appreciate you anyways. Big ass ram noggin just dominating
  17. Yes, yes I am. This Iowa defense has me all sorts of flustered and makes me sick to my stomach.
  18. Ferrari was the top recruit in the country what are you talking about. He picked Iowa, not the other way around. And my feelings about the Focus family are not exactly vague. Lee beat Suriano in HS. But you think PSU won't recruit over someone for a better person? Get ready to speak Nevills-ese buddy. Ayala chose Iowa. Google tells me he was the #5 overall big board recruit, who would get to train with Spencer Lee (again 3x champ, reigning Olympic silver medalist and favorite to win worlds this year) and 3x AA Austin "I eat toes and try to break opponents arms" DeSanto while learning under the guys who coached up Cejudo and Lee. But sure he could have picked PSU who is known for their 125 and 133 prowess (except when they face Fighting Illini and cops and staph). Please stop making me defend Iowa and TnT. I'm begging you... please...
  19. It's not stolen valor I just want a straight answer not this flip-flopping about offseason shenanigans!
  20. Spencer Lee just took home an Olympic silver and is the odds-on favorite to win worlds this year. Buchanan chose, on his own, to pick Iowa and they coached him up to a natty over a (holds nose) very game Focus and a likely 2-3x champ in Ryder (McEnally pending). Ayala has made the finals twice. Not his fault he ran into the buzz saw known as Lucas Byrd, Illinois Athlete Of The Year. Iowa won the team trophy in '21 and would have in '20 as well. Thomas Gilman did nearly all his best work at HWC. Maybe if he stayed there he would not have attempted a merkle costing him potential Olympic gold. Kueter chose wrestling over football in what was likely the most pivotal offseason of his football career, one that could cost him literally tens of millions of dollars if we play the what-if game. The sky is not falling. Iowa is still Iowa. I would gladly take Iowa's results and outlook.
  21. @Husker_Du I finally got around to listening to your PSU podcast and couldn't help but notice you called out my Intermat post and you said "nahhh" But then you posted this after! Hmm.
  22. Pssshh all the Bo Basset news this week proves most men are immature 50 year olds going on 14
  23. Hey Kyle! Never knew we had an all-timer among us!
