  1. You need to ask the right question and you will find the answer quickly. https://www.kwch.com/video/2023/09/04/sheriff-responds-murder-suspect-bonding-out-jail/ https://abc7chicago.com/chicago-shooting-vera-lounge-ricky-video/12568760/ ... A SHORT LIST OF MURDERERS RELEASED TO MURDER AGAIN https://www.wesleylowe.com/repoff.html
  2. This is a clear reason to support the recent happennings.
  3. Yes -- takes less than 5 minutes.
  4. Careful, now what should the punishment be for carjacking and home invasion for the initial crime, and repeat offender?
  5. Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón ordered his deputies not to prosecute many nonviolent misdemeanors, like trespassing, if a suspect suffers with mental illness or substance abuse or does not pose a “verifiable, imminent safety risk. - https://www.cnn.com/2022/01/25/us/george-gascon-package-thefts-los-angeles-county/index.html#:~:text=Gascón's directives also included a,verifiable%2C imminent safety risk.” Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx stated that her office would not prosecute disorderly conduct, curfew violations, and other misdemeanors during the protests over George Floyd’s death. 6. Mayo Clinic refers to XXY as males. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/klinefelter-syndrome/symptoms-causes/syc-20353949 Mayo Clinic did not have an article on XYY (Jacob's syndrome) but multiple sources refer to the person as male. https://rarediseases.org/rare-diseases/xyy-syndrome These folks should use the restroom that they feel safest to use.
  7. What is your 7% source? The times (link) or the ACLED report (link), correct? In more than 93% of all demonstrations connected to the movement, demonstrators have not engaged in violence or destructive activity. Peaceful protests are reported in over 2,400 distinct locations around the country. Violent demonstrations, meanwhile, have been limited to fewer than 220 locations — under 10% of the areas that experienced peaceful protests. In many urban areas like Portland, Oregon, for example, which has seen sustained unrest since Floyd’s killing, violent demonstrations are largely confined to specific blocks, rather than dispersed throughout the city (CNN, 1 September 2020). 1 out of 10 distinct locations with demonstrations included violence! There is no positive spin! I assure you that the science will support that violence often increases among men with alcohol... regardless of skin color.
  8. Congress folks need to stop cramming unrelated stuff into bills and be more responsible with earmarks. Also, set a budget, then figure out how to spend it wisely. The way they're doing things now is a clown show! Responsible congress members should do what it takes to 'make it so.'
  9. Males with rare genetic disorders in both cases.
  10. 7 out of 100 demonstrations having violence is bad in and of itself. When adding the context that over 200 locations with demonstrations included violence, it is remarkably awful.
  11. Nah, ***duck duck goose** Joe Biden and his (likely temporary) terminology updates. (link) I'll keep my big boy pants on and refer to the long-standing language in the US Code on this one. The term “alien” means any person not a citizen or national of the United States.
  12. While it is a civil offense to be present (e.g. overstay a work visa, passport), it is a crime punishable by prison for... 8 U.S. Code § 1325 - Improper entry by alien Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both. 8 U.S. Code § 1326 - Reentry of removed aliens In general, any alien who has been denied admission, excluded, deported, or removed or has departed the United States while an order of exclusion, deportation, or removal is outstanding, and thereafter enters, attempts to enter, or is at any time found in, the United States... shall be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both. Whereas if the alien has a criminal record... the consequence of reentry can be 10 years, etc. 8 U.S. Code § 1327 - Aiding or assisting certain aliens to enter Any person who knowingly aids or assists any alien inadmissible... to enter the United States, or who connives or conspires with any person or persons to allow, procure, or permit any such alien to enter the United States, shall be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.
  13. Amend the 14th for clarity and ratify it. The Republicans passed the 14th amendment with 94% of the vote (to 0% of Democrats) to address the citizenship of former slaves and their descendants. Illegal aliens are not slaves, and their children do not deserve the 'right' to citizenship.
  14. Stop letting illegals in. (take a lesson from Poland) Deport existing illegal alien tresspassers. (yes, by the millions!) Sunset birthright citizenship. Streamline the legal immigration process. Increase work visa opportunities (stop the visa lottery nonsense). ---------- Next, focus on being a good caretaker for actual citizens.
  15. Peaceful protests.
  16. "It is not that complicated to close the border." Why is this happening?
  17. Ray Epps is on video encouraging everyone to go (and enter) the capital (before people broke into it) and texts his son that he orchestrated it (before retracting to Congress). The influencers who encouraged protestors to break into the building, and the protestors who broke into the building, were dangerous. Why did it take so long for Ray to be charged? Was a prison sentence of 41 months and 36 months of supervised release appropriate for Jacob Chansley's behavior? Was he granted bail? What crime did Patrick Scruggs (j6 prosecutor) recently commit? Was he granted bail?
  18. Why didn't law enforcement prepare for the breach when they knew there would be more people than they could contain, and their pre-event intel included concern about some violent folks? Why did the media exaggerate and lie to inflate the thread, as Glenn Greenwald called out https://docs.house.gov/meetings/GO/GO00/20210615/112771/HHRG-117-GO00-20210615-SD006.pdf
  19. Yes. Trying to block the peaceful transfer of power is dangerous.
  20. Yes like the BLM riots... https://www.mauinews.com/opinion/columns/2021/07/heres-why-most-arrested-rioters-will-not-be-prosecuted/
  21. Which will spend the most time in prison? The above two or Jacob Chansley? Or will it be Ray Epps Compare their danger in relation to the sentences...
  22. The movie system has it right... parents decide the ratings, and the teachers decide which movies they will play for the kids, including parent permission where applicable for the ratings or questionable content. This becomes a more straightforward book conversation when one can ask, "Why are you studying PG and PG13 material without parents to kindergarteners?
  23. J6 lectern guy (Adam Johnson) J6 lectern guy prosecutor (Patrick Scruggs)
