Why is the ratio of senior leadership per employee ratio so much higher for employees that meet Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity criteria compared to those that do not? I've interviewed over 100 candidates for engineering positions. Once I interviewed a candidate for a DBA position but the candidate could not write a SQL statement, and could not explain a table or table index. The candidate did meet the DEI criteria... The introduction of Bluesky will have little impact on Twitter's daily active users. Bluesky has a decentralized social media protocol, to enable greater user control and to distribute control among multiple parties. This sounds like Reddit, the largely decentralized social media platform, that is a cesspool of poor and biased content moderation. Reddit is worse than Twitter was when controlled by Jack. Twitter started out fine and went the way of Bud Light before Elon bought it and brought sanity back.

Fans will not travel twice in a season for both a Team's Dual and an Individual Tournament. 50 programs will never make it to the team competition and have increased risk of being cut. The Individual Tournament sells out because of fan and media support for 77 programs. The Individual Tournament provides a greater sample size for proving who the best team is. National duals will not grow wrestling; non-competitive youth programs build wrestling. Teams are already reducing their scheduled events. There are other outside-the-box tactics to grow wrestling and get wrestling on TV.
