Let's assume Caveira incorrectly claimed that the government threatened a lawsuit to remove the Hunter Biden story. It’s well-documented that the government pressured and collaborated with social media to censor stories like this, and that’s fundamentally wrong. It's similar to how my company coerced me into getting the COVID vaccine. Did I want to? Absolutely not! But I was directly pressured to do it to keep my job. Don’t let semantics blind you to the incredibly wrong behavior of the government.

Yes, there are double standards in political accountability regarding Trump and his supporters. He’s an 'FU' to the establishment—his humor and savvy resonate with voters fed up with traditional politics. Since 2015, the Democratic propaganda aimed at Republicans has been worse than anything Trump has done, even if he shot someone on 5th Avenue. It's puzzling that any logical person can look at multiple Harris's policies/views and still choose to vote Democrat in 2024.

Curious about how everyone is feeling about

$2.50 or less for me... price drops after Labor Day weekend as the winter-grade gasoline is 10-30 cents cheaper* paired with lower consumer demand. *because the winter-grade gas has less restrictive safety standards https://www.integrityenergy.com/blog/debunked-the-truth-about-election-year-energy-price-trends/ -
Good point! Let’s picture it this way: both wrestlers are equally solid across every position, landing in the top 80% for every position, and winning 80% of their D1 matches. With that setup, how would you rank these moves by difficulty?
-
Wrestlers and coaches, I’m curious—how would you rank the difficulty of key wrestling actions? Whether it’s a takedown, reversal, escape, or nearfall, each action has its own challenges. Here’s a breakdown to get us started, but I want to hear your thoughts! How would you rank these Freestyle and Folkstyle actions in terms of difficulty? (unranked below) Grand Amplitude Takedown to Danger Position Takedown to Danger Position Takedown 4-second Nearfall 3-second Nearfall 2-second Nearfall Danger Position (Any Duration Back Exposure) Short Amplitude Throw from the ground (with danger position) Grand Amplitude Throw (no danger position) 1+minute Riding Time Reversal Escape Step Out Passivity How do the non scoring actions below fit into your ranking of above difficulties? Holding center Escape from a nearfall position Defending a takedown Escaping the cowboy from a prone position You can use ranking tiers, but make sure to include clear differentiators (e.g., 1a, 1b, 2, 3, 4a, 4b, 4c, 5, 6...).

Why is it a woman’s right to get an abortion, but not her right to do drugs while pregnant? -

The factual comment highlights inconsistencies in how society prioritizes the protection of children. If protecting child lives is a strong reason for gun control, then the high number of abortions logically deserve greater focus. FACTS Guttmacher.org research indicates 9 STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA DO NOT RESTRICT ABORTION BASED ON GESTATIONAL DURATION. While its rare (~1%) to have later abortions, it is legal and does occur annually (~10K instances) for mostly the same reasons as the first trimester (e.g. elective) per this fact check by the Washington Post (see also: congressional research). Most women seeking later abortion fit at least one of five profiles: They were raising children alone They were depressed or using illicit substances They were in conflict with a male partner or experiencing domestic violence They had trouble deciding and then had access problems (location and finance) They were young and nulliparous. Florida and Utah provide women’s reasons for having an abortion by gestational time periods in their annual state abortion reports. The table below (source) for Utah in 2021 shows that 56% (9 out of 16) reported reasons for abortions past 21 weeks are for economic reasons (e.g. elective). Note that ** means 5 or fewer in the chart. Florida doesn’t separate abortion reasons specifically for cases over ~20 weeks; instead, it groups the entire second trimester (13-26 weeks) with the following breakdown: Elective: 85% Baby’s health: 10% Mother, non-life-threatening issues (physical/emotional): 4.2% Mother’s physical life at risk: 0.4% Rape/incest: 0.4% Doctors like Warren Hern, described by The Atlantic as an “abortion absolutist,” hold strong views on abortion. According to Hern: A fetus remains a fetus until it is “born alive.” In Hern’s view, a woman’s life, humanity, and wishes outweigh the fetus’s, often to the point of being the only consideration. Hern once shared that a patient sought an abortion solely because she didn’t want a girl; he did not refuse her request. When asked what he would do if a healthy woman sought an abortion at 30 weeks, Hern’s response underscored his stance: “Every pregnancy is a health issue. There’s a certifiable risk of death from being pregnant, period.” -
Voted early today in a county with less Dem% rate in 2024 compared to 2020. I’m surprised given the steady stream of predominantly women voters at this voting location.

You can poke fun at Trump... And you can downplay with cherry picked statistics... But the hard numbers are there... Elective abortion does occur after the baby life is feasible... More late terms elective abortions occur than kids killed in school shootings... No matter what Kamala claims about Trump banning abortion... He will not... It is amazing that very bright Americans are picking Trump... Why would that be true... -
Can you read the signs? Today, I met two first-time voters—both women, and both supporting Trump. In Kansas' largest county (Johnson), early voting shows a 10% higher Republican turnout in 2024 as compared to the 2020 election results, and the number of early voters has already surpassed previous records. This trend is significant for several reasons: Higher voter turnout overall suggests increased engagement. A stronger Republican showing indicates a shift in momentum. Women voting for Trump challenges the typical Democratic advantage among female voters. *early voting is mail in + in person. Results current as of Oct 23, 2024. (Early 2024) https://www.ike-lab.com/dailyev_241105.html (2020 Final) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020_United_States_presidential_election_in_Kansas THANK YOU X.com FOR BREAKING THE MSM PROPOGANDA!

There are competent Dems that can speak well AND handle guns.

Both candidates fail on debt management; they both will add to the debt. Trump has the positive in having Elon Musk run a government efficiency commission tasked with conducting a complete financial and performance audit of the entire federal government. That will potentially enable reduced government fraud and wasteful spending. The impact to the GDP and Debt varies depending on which expert / article you read.

With the intense hate that many have for Musk, why hasn't he been charged? because there isn't proof of legal violations.
-
@Caveira Musk supports free speech "within law" but has been inconsistent in practice (India vs Brasil for example). His general policy of freedom of speech, but not reach.. is good.
-
Why is there concern with Musk? Why do you care? There is not a strong case of piercing the veil is there? It seems on the surface of hate the man, find the crime.
-
Have you had a chance to listen to the JD Vance interview? Martha Raddatz suggests that the (Colorado) gang incidents were limited to "a handful of apartment complexes" and that the situation was being managed by local law enforcement. Vance retorted, "Martha (Raddatz), do you hear yourself? Only a handful of apartment complexes in America were taken over by Venezuelan gangs." WKN, do you hear yourself? You are talking about Musk and glossing over the EU overreach?
-
The EU's potential penalties should not extend to all of Musk's businesses simply because of his management style. The core issue is about free speech, not the way Musk operates his companies. It is not appropriate for a government to penalize multiple companies for free speech on one platform.
-
Disgusting. You can’t fight what you can’t discuss.

They don't want to censor your speech, they want to ban you for being a bad poster.
