He's talked about how the coaches give him a lot of individualized attention outside of practice, digs the room, and is pocketing some pretty good NIL money, at least in theory.

Angelo Ferrari hasn't wrestled since January 16th when he lost to Rocco Welsh (a day prior to Anthony's last bout), and he only has 10 matches this year, but they've kept him in the rankings. Earlier this year, they've removed other wrestlers (e.g, Josh Barr) not having wrestling during similar periods of time. Brandon Cannon also hasn't wrestled since Jan. 23 (more than a month) The gods of consistency are groaning. According to NCAA Division I wrestling rules for the 2025-2026 season, to be considered in the coaches' rankings, a wrestler must have at least eight Division I matches in their weight class and must have competed in at least one match within the last 30 days.
