There is no way Dems would ever support this. They respect the 1st amendment too much, and have been very clear all along that they are equally disgusted by fraud. I'm guessing this is being proposed by they evil corrupt wingers. There is only one reason for making it illegal to independently investigate fraud and that doesn't fit the M.O. of today's Democrats.

450 - 0.  A better record than Cael Sanderson.  Zero, zilch, nil, nada.  NO GOOOAAAALLLL!  Not a single legitimate hospice has been affected by the defunding of the fraud.  

Note:  you can't have big fraud if you don't have big government.  The federal government has no business being in this business at all.
