You neglected to show an order not overturned by a higher court.   Which one of the orders was deemed illegal and not overturned ?

I don't know and don't care. If he gives an obviously unlawful order and following it leads to people dying, let the follower burn!!

Do you and the rest of your winger dems really think Trump is giving order directly to privates executing the orders ... there is no longer a chain of command?

Let the entire chain of command fry.

I wonder if RV has any neighbors close by. Sounds like things could get pretty exciting at times.

That voted to not re-open the govt and risk not paying our troops, are now asking the same troops to defy illegal orders that they can’t name.

Did I get that right?

Yes, you got that right.

Nope. You got it wrong.

If a superior issues an illegal order - that order shall be ignored.

This is how the military works. By design.

We can't allow rogue officers to command personnel to support their illegal pursuits.

Troops are well qualified to know their duties and responsibilities. Don't sell them short. They know when they are asked to perform illegal duties. And they know when to decline them. Which isn't an easy thing, but it is imperative that they do so.

(If only Congress had the backbone to say no that the US Military does.)

What you mean is if it leads to Dems dying. We've already seen the response to conservatives dying. CEOs don't draw sympathy either.

Now the b*****ds are calling for U.S. troops to be convicted and executed.  While none of the congresscritters that made this announcement can point to any illegal orders having been given.  Military Judge Advocates General (JAG) AND advise that it’s difficult to make those calls in the moment, and refusing orders will be considered serious offenses, and to avoid making that call without legal counsel.

They’re just trying to sew division and weaken the military that Trump has rehabilitated.  They couldn’t even meet recruiting needs under Biden.  They just want to destroy the country any way they can.

Troops aren't immune to criminal prosecution. They need to follow the constitution. Trump is not king and they are not his pawns.

Kelley being investigated by Pentagon.

“The Pentagon said that a “thorough review of these allegations has been initiated to determine further actions, which may include recall to active duty for court-martial proceedings or administrative measures.”

The Pentagon, in its statement Monday, said “The Department of War reminds all individuals that military retirees remain subject to the [Uniform Code of Military Justice] for applicable offenses, and federal laws such as 18 U.S.C. § 2387 prohibit actions intended to interfere with the loyalty, morale, or good order and discipline of the armed forces,” the post.

“All servicemembers are reminded that they have a legal obligation under the UCMJ to obey lawful orders and that orders are presumed to be lawful,” the post said.

“A servicemember’s personal philosophy does not justify or excuse the disobedience of an otherwise lawful order.””

Democrat staffers should know that it’s ok to reject requests to cover up pedophilia and drug abuse among Democrat representatives.

Trumptard has tried to violate the constitution several times. Regardless of whether he has already done this directly with his orders to soldiers doesn't matter. Soldiers need to be on alert that they are working for a corrupt POS and therefore they need to think carefully about whatever he asks them to do before doing it.

He’s tried and tried and still can’t break the law.

Well, to say "can't" you need to throw out the 34 convictions he had, plus the other cases that he threw out once he got control of DOJ through the election.

Already thrown out - unconditional discharge.

He was still convicted. They weren't overturned. The discharge was because he was President; not because he was actually innocent. Your dishonesty of the right is sickening.
