Can a Marine or boot camp recruit refuse to participate in the mud crawl or mud run as it is in violation of EPA natural vs man made ponding regulations?

That's not a violation. Has to be a real violation.

Please cite the 34 times he was convicted.  Or if you can't do that just give us half a dozen times.

34 felony counts. GUILTY! Look it up.

There have been plenty of farmers and land owners fined for violation of constructing man made ponds.  Is there a Jag on the obstacle course that the boot campers can confer with?

110%. He's done plenty of illegal things and is a 34 time convicted felon and pedo. Every order coming from that piece of scum needs to be scrutinized.

but yet you dont know what he has ordered or done or said, nor care about... yet somehow you know it's illegal

It's easily looked up. You already know about it too.

Show me that it's a violation. You're an idiot if u think every man made mud pit is an epa violation.

Well it may or may not be but any boot camper who fears he/she could be breaking a law should stop and refuse the potentially illegal mud pit.  Perhaps a SCOTUS rulling can clarify.

"Could be" isn't good enough. You're an idiot if u think that's the bar.

Soldiers need to question everything that pedo felon orders them to do. If it's illegal, don't do it. It's not complicated.

Pretty sure soldiers don't take orders from the CIC, there is a chain of command.  But maybe you think all military personnel are pedos.  You have provided the same proof for that as for CIC.

"Encouraging our warriors to ignore the orders of their Commanders undermines every aspect of 'good order and discipline.' Their foolish screed sows doubt and confusion — which only puts our warriors in danger," Hegseth said.

Hegseth’s words summarize it pretty well.  Any order from the Prez would go down the chain of command which includes plenty with more knowledge, experience, and outrank Kelly.

Only if it's an unlawful order. If trumptard actually obeys the law then there's nothing to worry about.

So the Seditious Six are disparaging all the military command at the same time.

Obey the law and it will be fine. It's that simple.

It's the dumb wingers that are freaking out. No problem w warning soldiers that they're taking orders from a felon and likely pedo. Just the facts.

Soldiers need to be put on alert and warned. It's that simple. President is a corrupt p.o.s. and criminal.
