Unfortunately, not one.....not one....of the Venezuelan boat victims have been proven or verified to be terrorists, nor has any evidence been presented to show that.  Small time low level drug runners, yes. But not terrorists.  What has been verified is among the victims are fishermen, bus driver, construction laborers....some who have said to have agreed to run on a drug boat to another country, but not to the US.

What also has been verified is that those that survived attacks were not taken into custody, were not brought to the US to be held trial for being terrorists, but rather released back home (of which some not even from Velenzuela)

What also has been verified is what the law dictates is a legal military strike on a vessel. Which, according to the Lt. Colonel JAG officer who knows a little bit about these matters,  nowhere near fits the description.

But hey....Big T said so, so bending the knee is much easier to cope with.  Because certainly Big T would not engage in political theatre.  Oh, and yeah Kelly is a traitor....

Presidents have been killing terrorists for years.  Decades.   Sometimes even us citizens.

political theater

I know. I’m just trying to let Mr fence sitter make an actual claim for once.  It’s always “might, could, should, appears, etc… “ with him.  The other day I asked him a direct question: is it illegal or not? Still no response as he couldn’t put maybe in the answer

Mike Davis said judges at the district level disagree with some judges at the appellate level, who disagree with justices on the Supreme Court about constitutionality.  That makes it hard for the average soldier when they get threatened with punishment for not knowing if orders are constitutional.

What the Seditious Six did is a familiar tactic of intelligence services, to sew doubt, confusion, and discord in order to weaken their opponents.  No matter their history, this was not a patriotic act.  In their positions, the only possible patriotic act would be to use the Constitution to oppose an illegal order, if they ever hear one.

Anyone who is confused (judges, soldiers etc) should just call rv.  He served so must know what he is talking about.

Do we treat this advice the same as his stock advice?

Just in case any of the troops are curious as to how well any of the Seditious Six will be there to “cover their six” should they disobey orders.
