It is better they skipped Paycom thus leaving the outcome in doubt. If Penn State was there they'd crush it and people would claim the season over already.

Who you got if the World team in folk wrestles this PSU team? If a current PSU member is on world team take the #2 guy on the world team. I am going this PSU team! Best college team ever assembled.

Bit of a snoozer without much meaning.  I was really hoping OK would roll out their best lineup, but alas, no Jordan, Hipolito, Gioffre, Keller, Soldano.  

Same old Nagao.  Double boot ride torture of lesser wrestler.  Not much offense on feet.  

Glad to see Sealy get his day on the mat in the big venue.

Connor M looked great against a quality opponent.  

Cole M is going to struggle against bigger guys.   He weighed in at 228.

The only two weak spots are 141 and 285.

How about Offensive points scored? Escapes aren't offensive - but would consider a reversal as one.

OK had 1 TD and one reversal last night, both vs Nagao. PSU had a ton of TDs, a couple reversals, and one win by fall. Unsure of the exact delta.

I think the TD differential was 35-1 PSU. Oklahoma managed 1 TD and 1 reversal against Nagao. Rest were escapes, often intentional.

Overall a dominating performance against a depleted Oklahoma team. Don’t think them having the 4-6 guys that were out changes much. Maybe it’s 40-0 instead of 45-0. PSU has a good team.

125,133,149. As expected. Lilledahl wrestled a fire hydraunt and still managed to get to his offense. Blaze did Blaze things, I’m not predicting NC, but the kid is good and should be in the mix. 141. well…atleast he’s active. It will be nerve wracking but it’s better than 6:45 of nothing every match last year. I wasn’t impressed. First match back but same style which I don’t like. 141 is gonna be the “hole” in the lineup. 149, Sugar Shane aggressive and attacking. Love it. 157. Trot out the 3rd stringer and dominate. Sealy didn’t look great last year so happy he put together a good showing. 165 normal MM things. Wow. 174, scary first 6secs, yikes. But then back to normal. Levi has jumped levels. 184, very impressed, athletic, attacked, scored. Wasn’t what I expected. Pleasantly surprised and glad to be wrong. 197. Back up, came out against Oklahomas highest ranked wrestler, controlled the match, pushed and scored a MD at the end. Embarrassment of riches at so many weights for PSU. HWT. I just don’t know if he’s gonna be big enough. Had the other ranked kid, got to his offense a few times, won a close match against a big man, but not a big man I think anyone is projecting to do much. He weighed in at 228. I don’t know. We’ll see how it goes.

College wrestling was back 3 weeks ago. PSU just avoids it is much as possible until conference duals start
